That’s insane how strong she is holding that baby in her belly and making this look so easy!!! I was falling and shaking during those wall squats and she’s just talking easily lifting her legs up and my legs were shaking and I was barely able to lift my leg up at that point lollll

Thank you so much for all the work you do. I have stayed away from strength training for years because I find it boring and I never saw results. I've been following your videos for 3 weeks and I'm having so much fun, seeing myself grow stronger and actually choosing to train with you over my runs (which were ending in injury because I don't like to do the strength training).
