In case you’re wondering why Cumberbatch was so good in this mad lib scene, it’s because he’s a classically trained stage actor. He’s been doing this kind of thing since he was in primary school. Most of the celebrities Jimmy had before were strictly film actors who don’t have good improvisational skills and tend to fall a bit flat when asked to perform on the spot.
Ben needs more awards. He can take on any role, any look, any accent. He is def one of the greatest british actors today. Up there with tom hardy, Christian bale, and gary oldman.
