I remember these days.I had just started following bodybuilding. Two years after this was released.I did my first teenage show. The magazine/DVD days of bodybuilding Back then it was more sacred
this gym with rather quiet and definitely decent music is AMAZING, its a wet dream! only you, the grunts and the weights and Jay cutler obviously is an ABSOLUTE LEGEND!! today gyms are loud as a club, the music is awful and all the time advertisements. i dont get it, why pay for a gym to hear advertisements all the time
The days before (in my opinion) social media ruined bodybuilding. Jay was probably the only bodybuilder in that gym and now everyone and their dog is a bodybuilder or influencer
@@epaminon6196 Jay was born in 73. 32 isn't even old these days for a bodybuilder. Late 30's to early 40's is these days though. Well curling 75 pound dumbells isn't exactly considered light. You won't ever see that in most gyms. I mean did you watch this workout? He didn't really go what would be considered light on anything, although he doing some pump sets if that's what you're referring to. I don't think you watched the video though based on your comment. Don't make assumptions or it won't look good for you. At least watch the video next time before commenting, lmao.
Imagine you’re just working out with some buddies on a Tuesday afternoon and Jay Cutler is in the mirror with his shirt off doing bicep curls.

It's crazy how Jay rushes through his reps and does partial reps a lot of the time and was still able to develop such an amazing physique

True, but it's heavy and he's still using the muscle. He's just not focused on time under tension.
It’s probably just a pump workout
