The book of Maccabees is before Jesus. We now live under a new covenant where Jesus paid the full price for us to go directly to heaven. 1 Jo 1:7 KJV But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin
Amen! Revelation 21:27 Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.
1 Jo 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. The book of Maccabees is before Jesus. We now live under a new covenant where Jesus paid the full price for us to go directly to heaven.
Dear sir Mr. Alvaro, that was amazing. You have such conviction. Your CONTAGIOUS! I have to listen to this again and do studying in order to prepare myself for those who think we believers of purgatory are crazy fanatics. That would be most of my family. I feel such an urgency in my spirit. Time is short. Thank you for all the time you spent and dedication on this information 👏 🙏 😊
Protestants should ALSO check out Catholic Annsw@rs - What the early church believed - purgatory! It is well documented from very beginning that purgatory was taught . They cannot hide behind sola Scriptura bc this is historical documentation of what was taught and practiced .. so it is not their I terpretation vs the Churxh (also documented it was called the CATHOLIC CHURCH from beginning - St Ignatius , Bishop of. Antioch, direct disciple of St. John documents this around 100 - around same year St John was writing his gospel .
Alvaro, you remind us that life doesn't end here, but everlasting life awaits all of us. Our Lord, through your RUclips channel, has drawn me closer to God and pray for our brothers and sisters in Purgatory. Thank you!
Love your passion, thanks for including the scripture that illuminates our journey, the mystery of purgatory as the place of hope having been judged after death and destined for heaven.
@@deirdresversion oh, now, I remember, there was someone else I knew that had your same first name, and I thought maybe it was the same person. In any case, thank you so much, pray for my channel, especially during lent, because I want to make it a fruitful lent for other people.
My name is David Hannon. I love your channel and your zeal in expressing your beliefs about the souls in purgatory. You are such a blessed person and source of strength in our holy Catholic faith. You speak the truth and with such charisma and power. You are guided by the Holy Spirit. Amen Amen
I love it! I got the biggest kick out of “BOOM” there it is! Mic drop! 😂 Your enthusiasm is contagious! Great and informative video!God bless you! 🙏🏼♥️✝️
What about Isaiah 6:5-7 the reading today? "Then I said, “Woe is me, I am doomed!* For I am a man of unclean lips, living among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts!”6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me, holding an ember which he had taken with tongs from the altar. 7 He touched my mouth with it. “See,” he said, “now that this has touched your lips,* your wickedness is removed, your sin purged.”
God Bless you ,love your programs . ,I was born in November 1940 as a family my Dad taught us to say the Rosary nightly As i git older i loved to try not to eat sweets during lent ,but i especially loved going to daily mass ,for the H Souls in November.
1 Jo 1:7 KJV But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. The books of Mccabees are Old Testament. We are now under a New Covenant.
Yes! Me too! I could never understand why God was commending this stewart who was going behind his master's back and, I thought, cheating his master. Now it makes so much sense!!!
No room for hate here!! This is amazing indeed. For other Christians who say that purgatory is not in the Bible, these readings are giving us fair warning over and over.
Thank you alvero for sharing sll this knowledge with us.please pray for me we sre blessed to have a merciful Savior.jesus gave up his own life to save all humanity, for his love has no end . kindness is important to give to those less fortunate than ourselves.to dhow mercy as it has be shown to follow Jesus, as you said he is the way the truth snd the life.have a lovely weekend with your wife and family greetings from dublin Patricia 🇮🇪

Purgatory IS Christ. That really is a bombshell revelation from the Holy Spirit. We can choose either to offer our sufferings here and enjoin them to the passion….OR pass through the passion of Christ in Purgatory. That brings a whole new layer to reflecting on various parts of Christ’ life. In fact, I’d go as far as to tie this to the Holy Rosary and why it is truly the most powerful weapon we have in our spiritual arsenal.
Per my prior comment that you liked about adding chapters to your video, I decided I would create an example from this video for you. If you copy the following content into your video's description, it should generate the chapters. The 00:00 is critical to making this work, from what I recall. Note, I added Luke 3.9 that you had forgotten to list, and I removed Luke 12.34, which appeared to be a typo of Luke 12.43 covered in the item after it. If you copy the following, including the sentence leading into the list, and replace the chapters and verses you listed, plus the sentence leading into that, I think this should work fine. You can always tweak it, but I tried to start each chapter at the best moment I could. (I don't plan to do this for other videos, so enjoy this one, and feel free to do it with other videos where you list things or want people to be able to jump to parts of the video.) Here are the verses and when they appear in the video: 00:00 - Intro 04:42 - Matt 5.23-26 06:22 - Matt 12.32 07:22 - Matt 18.33-34 09:07 - Mark 9.47-48 10:32 - Mark 9.49-50 12:05 - Mark 12.27 14:34 - Luke 3:9 16:00 - Luke 10.16 17:20 - Luke 11.4 20:46 - Luke 12.43-48 24:23 - Luke 12.49-53 25:30 - Luke 12.57-59 26:45 - Luke 16.1-8 29:03 - Luke 20.35-38 30:07 - John 14.6 32:04 - John 15:2 32:51 - 1 Cor 3.12-17 34:16 - 1 Peter 1.6-7 35:01 - Rev 15.2-3 36:57 - Rev 22.12-13 38:05 - Conclusion
Hebrews 10:19-22 Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
This was a Holy Spirit, fire breathing video! God bless you and the souls you are bringing closer to the One True King, who every knee shall bow on Earth and below--Jesus Christ. Amen! God bless you!
Ive also heard genesis 3:24 can be a support for purgatory. "So He drove out the man and stationed cherubim on the east side of the Garden of Eden, along with a whirling sword of flame to guard the way to the tree of life." The entrance to heaven is guarded by a flaming sword. So we must pass this flame to get inside
That's the problem with Protestants. No matter where we direct them ,they refuse to even consider. If they only took the time to truly investigate and learn the Catholic faith, they would have to admit they are wrong . Praise be to God for your wonderful work . 👍
Hi Alvaro loved the video very helpful, I loved someone for over 36 years, but because of our situation we had to part we have a son, we have being apart for 26 years, because both of us love Jesus and Mary, but he always kept intouch at leave once a week, he had since passed away, but was very sick fir 3 months agresive cancer, he was dead 6 days before I found out.never got to say goodbye, but he was around me for 6 months, one night I said to him I wish I know you were around.me,I had only got into bed and I felt him sitting on the bed just line he was in human form, I felt his weight on my bed I will say I felt a bit afraid but I did feel his embrace , just like he was hugging me, I don't know if he was saying goodbye, I feel that was a special experience, granted to me,.I think we can never pray enough for the souls in purgatory, I would ask if you would pray for me, greetings from dublin ireland 🇮🇪 Patricia obrien
Patricia what a beautiful beautiful beautiful experience that you had and are sharing with us thank you. We definitely need to be encouraged to know that they are real and if they need our prayers and they are there for us as well
Thank you 😀🙏🏾♥️ This was and is fantastic. Such a great blessing to me, Thank you. I made notes on everything, while I watched your presentation. I enjoy your channel very much. I am also beginning to read: Purgatory by Fr F.X. Schouppe, S.J. Pairing that with: The Divine Comedy 🎭 by Dante Alighieri will provide me with a good education on the subject, and all free in the “comfort of my own home 🏡” 🙂🙏🏾 I purchased from your shop, Thank you again 🙂
Thanks for some really good insights here. 👍🏼👍🏼There are more verses :- Hebrews 12. 22 "But you are come to mount Sion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to the company of many thousands of angels, 23 And to the church of the firstborn, who are written in the heavens, and to God the judge of all, and to the spirits of the just made perfect" There are various Old Testament quotes. But here's the Classic from 2 Machabees 12:46:- "It is therefore a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead, that they may be loosed from sins." . Whether or not some Chriistians hold Machabees as Scripture or not, it was and remains a Jewish practice to pray for our departed ones. When we say "Rest in peace" that is a basic prayer for the departed. God bless..🙏🏽
In my first comment here, I will offer a tip. Especially for lists, you may find it helpful to create chapter breaks in the video. That's where a person hovering over the progress at the bottom of the video can see slices of time and when they hover over it, it has text to tell them what is covered in that part of the video. You can add such chapter breaks by identifying a list of time stamps in your description. Start with 00:00 - Intro (or something like that), and then before each of the verses you listed, put a time stamp on that line. You will probably want to spell out the name of the book before each chapter and verse, so it shows up in the chapter text with that full context of book, chapter, and verse. Also, since the normal notation for chapter and verse uses a colon, many of the existing citations you included appear as if they are time stamps. If you want to make the video chaptering work more cleanly in this case, you might want to make the Bible citations use a different symbol. For instance, instead of 10:16, you might consider Luke 10.16 or something, or possibly a semi-colon.
MARTIN LUTHER VS THE BIBLE ➔ The entire foundation of Protestantism is false:... ➔The Bible ITSELF Contradicts Luther's doctrine of "scripture alone" (solascriptura) The Bible tells us that the authority is THE CHURCH: ... ● 1 TIMOTHY 3:15 The pillar & foundation of TRUTH is the CHURCH. ● EPHESIANS 3:10 10 His intent was that now, THROUGH THE CHURCH, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, ● 2 THESS 2:15 We are to hold fast to the TRADITIONS we have been given, either by WORD OF MOUTH or by the letter. ● 1 COR 11:2 I commend you because you remember me in everything, and maintain the TRADITIONS even as I have delivered them to you. ● JOHN 21:25 Jesus said & did Many other things that are too numerous to be recorded in writing. ● HEB 13:17 Obey the eldars in the CHURCH. ● MATT 18:15-17 15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. 16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. 17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto THE CHURCH: but IF HE NEGLECTS TO HEARTHE CHURCH let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican. Good teachings on purgatory I never heard it taught this way❤ I have one question what is the definition of sleep is it applying to the body. Resurrection is the body itself so is it the body that sleep?
Thank you very good presentation. In 2 Maccabees 12:38-46 that is interpreted as a purgatory reference, they are offering sacrifices for their fallen comrades
After reviewing what Catholic writers have said regarding such texts as 2 Maccabees 12:39-45, Matthew 12:32, and 1 Corinthians 3:10-15, The New Catholic Encyclopedia admits: “In the final analysis, the Catholic doctrine on purgatory is based on tradition, NOT SACRED SCRIPTURE!”
@@sunnyjohnson992 Hi Sunny, As you have probably read in SACRED SCRIPTURE , Jesus passed on to the apostles many things that were not written down, our basis of Sacred Tradition. Believe what you want , Remain faithful to the Holy Trinity and hopefully we will all meet in heaven Peace in Christ
@@sunnyjohnson992 It is based on both Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition. It is the living history of Sacred Tradition that allows the Church to interpret the scriptures correctly. Jesus left us a Church not a bible. It is through this Church via Her living Sacred Tradition which gave us Sacred Scripture.
I'm not sure that some of the verses you quoted are necessarily referring solely to purgatory, but could equally refer to earthly trials. However it's hard to ignore Jesus' parables of the talents (Matthew 25) and its similar version in Luke 12, and not to recognise that Jesus is referring to purgatory for the servants who did not use their treasure for the Kingdom. The servants are clearly all disciples, so the lazy servants are not destined for hell, yet are sent where they will regret their lost opportunities. Sounds like purgatory to me. God bless your ministry.
This is so true. Purgatory is in the Bible. The Bible is written by the holy spirit and the catholic church is led by the same holy spirit. This video is a real enlightenment to those who doubt about purgatory. This video is a message from God. ❤❤❤
Matthew 5: 23 to 26 please tell your followers to read the whole thing so they can understand it Jesus is talking about how important it is to forgive where do you get purgatory from, oh Jesus help this man
One more thing I want to add that nothing impure goes to heaven which is in the book of revelation. One more traditional teaching is that We are three churches in one.The victorious church poeple who are in heaven the suffering church the souls in Purgatory and the militant church We the people on earth.when we pray for the suffering souls in Purgatory they are realised from the prison and go to heaven and they pray for us and help us on our fight on Earth to give us victory over our enemies the evil one's who are the puppets of the Satan and his demons.
I pray for the souls in Purgatory every day. I also offer rosaries and masses for them too. Also, have masses said for yourself and loved ones while you are alive.
Thank you for this labor of love so BADLY NEEDED!!! Also, since the souls in purgatory are saved, purgatory is part of heaven. Therefore, the Scripture that says the next life is heaven or hell does include purgatory--it's part of heaven. Thank you, again!
S.jo Purgatory is not part of heaven as it is written nothing unclean can enter heaven. Even though we are saved, there is purification by fire. From what I have learned there are levels of Hell. The souls that are damned eternally are in the depths of Hell.
@@vievee2000 Dear Sister in Christ, purification by fire? Hell is for punishment, not purification. We must do penance and clean up from our repented and minor sins either in this life (easy) or in the next (hard) in purgatory; souls in purgatory are saved. "Unclean" must have rejected God.
@@vievee2000 Dear Sister in Christ, I agree that nothing unclean can enter heaven. Most Catholic Churches have a lobby. Someone in the lobby is in Church, but not in the main part of the Church where Mass takes place. That is how I think of purgatory--connected to heaven because everyone in purgatory is saved, but they have not reached the fullness of heaven until their purification is completed. However, I do recall reading somewhere that the lowest parts of purgatory are next to hell, and the souls there suffer the worst; they may even be tormented by demons. So perhaps purgatory is the highest level of hell. As long as it is understood that purgatory is not a second chance--it is simply purification for souls already saved. Thank you for your comment.
If something is within the teachings and correct (TRUE magisterium) of the Holy Catholic Church, then it does not need any justification. That said, it is always nice to find Biblical evidence (since one way or another everything is in there). Curiously enough, the Bible that Protestants revere so much was compiled and decided by Catholic bishops on which books would be included. The Bible is Catholic.
Purgatory Numbers 20:12 - Moses and Aaron, though forgiven, are still punished 2 Samuel 12:13-14 - David, though forgiven, is still punished 1 John 5:16-17 - There is sin that is not deadly Revelation 21:27 - Nothing unclean shall enter heaven Hebrews 12:23 - All in heaven have been made perfect Matthew 12:36 - "On judgment day men will account for every careless word they utter" Matthew 18:23-35 - In the kingdom of heaven you will remain in prison until your debt is paid 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 - Fire will test each ones work. He will be saved but only as through fire Luke 12:41-48 - There are different degrees of punishment after death 2 Maccabees 12:42-45 - He prayed for the dead that they might be freed from their sin 2 Timothy 1:16-18 - Paul prays for his dead friend Onesiphorus. All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death 1 John 5:17.
Your interpretation of the stewart makes sense of this parable... at last! Why this correct interpretation from you yourself now? Why not from Saint Thomas Aquinas or any of the other illustrious Church Fathers? My only thought is that this must be a special time when Holy Mother Church needs the deliverance of souls from Purgatory, in particular, the souls of Priests, in order to be victorious over the demons and the damned who wage war against us here on earth during this critical time. I need to re-watch this video tomorrow as it is much too late for my poor old brain. But I thank God for allowing me to at last understand the parable of the stewart. It is time to increase my rosaries for the Holy Souls! Deo gratias!
I love your information but I have struggled with idea of purgatory because Jesus died for our sins and bled for our sins to watch our sins away why would we need further purification? I watched the video and now see Jesus as purgatory, and if Jesus and purgatory are the same, then it makes sense that we must go through the sun to get to the father, and therefore we must go to purgatory.
Protestants skip over, ignore and reject vast amounts of scriptures and everything they attack is in the bible: Mary (and honouring her) saints (and their intercession) confession, penance, good works, the Eucharist, carved images in the Lord's temple, prayers of the rosary, etc etc etc
Alvaro, I understand that you are a dedicated believer in Purgatory and I respect your understanding of it. Can I ask you a couple of questions, to which I have not yet found a convincing answer. 1) If Purgatory is an essential part of the Christian Salvation understanding and belief, why was it not absolutely clear in the New Testament scriptures, and in the early teaching of the Church, as are Heaven and Hell? Purgatory as I understand it was not taught in the Church for the first 1000 years and was only officially adopted from the teachings of Saint Thomas Aquinas in the 12th century. Why then did it take more than a 1000 years for it to be recognised and understood? 2) We read in Luke 23:32-43 of the two criminals who were crucified with Jesus. One of them, accepting that he was being justly punished, said to Jesus, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom”. Jesus answered him, “I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise”. This criminal would have committed many crimes and is unlikely to have repaid any stolen goods or money or repaid the debts for his crimes, or sought reconciliation, as only now has he recognised that Jesus is the Messiah. Would he not have been a perfect candidate for Purgatory? Yet he was totally forgiven by Jesus and would that very day be with Him in Heaven. No mention of Purgatory here? Can you please explain? Did he get a “Get out of jail free card” ? Your clear response to the above two fundamental questions on Purgatory would be greatly appreciated. Martin Frost, 7th February 2022.
The Bible doesn’t contain the word “purgatory” nor does it teach that souls of those who died are purified in purgatory. This is what the Bible teaches about sin and death and how it contradicts the doctrine of purgatory. 1) Faith in the blood of Jesus, not time in a so-called purgatory, purifies a person from sin. (1 John 1:7; Revelation 1:5) Jesus gave his life as a ransom for many. (Matthew 20:28) 2) People who have died are unconscious. (Ecclesiastes 9:5,10) A person who has died cannot feel anything and therefore cannot be cleansed by any fire of purgatory. 3)There is no punishment for sins after a person dies. Death is the full and complete punishment for sin. (Romans 6:7,23)
Not even 5 minutes in and this is where your hermeneutical nightmare begins, as you claim the church dictates what the scriptures say, and not the scriptures dictating the doctrine and practice of the church. This is why there will always be a divide between those who are of the truth and those who aren’t. The scriptures are the only infallible rule for faith and life. Those who deny that are not of the truth.
The people are the church, not the building if one believes in jesus Christ, and believes in his death, burial and resurrection, then they are saved for all eternity, the roman Catholic church have hijacked the apostle peter, saying he was the first pope, they have invented their own man made religion and say it was from jesus, any one who believes in jesus, and like I said believes in his death, burial, crucifixion, his resurrection are his children, not a building not greedy priests, reverend, pastors etc, using religion for money, all we as God's children have to do is trust and believe in our risen Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ that's all, nothing else no works no nothing only believe and rest on his promises that if we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, and believe in our hearts that jesus died for our sins, then we are saved, God bless and don't be fooled by the roman catholic religion, the church are the people not a building, the mass is canobolism, praying the hail mary, when jesus is the only mediator between God and man, purgatory is not mentioned by jesus once, the thief on the cross was told today you will be with me in paradise, not purgatory ,I could go on and on but remember we are the church, the people.
Starting with 1Jn.5:16-17; "Not all Sin is Deadly and that we are to pray for them" vs. Rom.6:23; "The wages of sin is death" AND, death is; HELL! Rev.21:27; "Nothing impure shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven" So, if a person dies with a NON Deadly Sin, Where does his/her soul go to? NOT Heaven or Hell! Scripture tells us of Jesus descending to the lower regions, Eph.4:8-10 and 1Pt.3:19-20; "He preached to the Spirits in prison, those who had DISOBEYED/SINNED long ago since the days of Noah. Dear sir Mr. Alvaro, that was amazing. You have such conviction. Your CONTAGIOUS! I have to listen to this again and do studying in order to prepare myself for those who think we believers of purgatory are crazy fanatics. That would be most of my family.

Great teaching. I see that the children of Israel going through the desert as a form of purgatory, on the way to the Promise land.
No room for hate here!! This is amazing indeed. For other Christians who say that purgatory is not in the Bible, these readings are giving us fair warning over and over.
Yes, and in the Old Testament, Maccabees gives money for prayers to be said for dead soldiers, I believe.

Very well put through an extensive research with the power of the Holy Spirit. Congratulations!

(I don't plan to do this for other videos, so enjoy this one, and feel free to do it with other videos where you list things or want people to be able to jump to parts of the video.)
Here are the verses and when they appear in the video:
00:00 - Intro
04:42 - Matt 5.23-26
06:22 - Matt 12.32
07:22 - Matt 18.33-34
09:07 - Mark 9.47-48
10:32 - Mark 9.49-50
12:05 - Mark 12.27
14:34 - Luke 3:9
16:00 - Luke 10.16
17:20 - Luke 11.4
20:46 - Luke 12.43-48
24:23 - Luke 12.49-53
25:30 - Luke 12.57-59
26:45 - Luke 16.1-8
29:03 - Luke 20.35-38
30:07 - John 14.6
32:04 - John 15:2
32:51 - 1 Cor 3.12-17
34:16 - 1 Peter 1.6-7

Ive also heard genesis 3:24 can be a support for purgatory. "So He drove out the man and stationed cherubim on the east side of the Garden of Eden, along with a whirling sword of flame to guard the way to the tree of life." The entrance to heaven is guarded by a flaming sword. So we must pass this flame to get inside
I agree fully we are currently outside of the garden in a purgatory holding tank that we must pass.

Hi Alvaro loved the video very helpful, I loved someone for over 36 years, but because of our situation we had to part we have a son, we have being apart for 26 years, because both of us love Jesus and Mary, but he always kept intouch at leave once a week, he had since passed away, but was very sick fir 3 months agresive cancer, he was dead 6 days before I found out.never got to say goodbye, but he was around me for 6 months, one night I said to him I wish I know you were around.me,I had only got into bed and I felt him sitting on the bed just line he was in human form, I felt his weight on my bed I will say I felt a bit afraid but I did feel his embrace , just like he was hugging me, I don't know if he was saying goodbye, I feel that was a special experience, granted to me,.I think we can never pray enough for the souls in purgatory, I would ask if you would pray for me, greetings from dublin ireland 🇮🇪

God bless you Kate and thank you so much for the encouragement and feedback!!
Most Welcome 🙂🙏🏽
I would love a transcript. Is there one? If so, where do I get it?
I don’t have one - unfortunately - but I am so glad it was helpful to you
Thanks for some really good insights here. 👍🏼👍🏼There are more verses :- Hebrews 12. 22 "But you are come to mount Sion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to the company of many thousands of angels, 23 And to the church of the firstborn, who are written in the heavens, and to God the judge of all, and to the spirits of the just made perfect"
There are various Old Testament quotes.
Jim, I actually never thought of that - thank you so much!!!! Awsome idea!!!!!
Well researched, thank you 🙏
You are most welcome
MARTIN LUTHER VS THE BIBLE
➔ The entire foundation of Protestantism is false:...
● EPHESIANS 3:10 10 His intent was that now, THROUGH THE CHURCH, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms,
● 2 THESS 2:15 We are to hold fast to the TRADITIONS we have been given, either by WORD OF MOUTH or by the letter.
● MATT 18:15-17
15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
The True Church is a TEACHING Church: (to Teach means to impart knowledge that is not presently know....not in writing)
● JOHN 14:26-31
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall TEACH you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have SAID unto you. (Spoken words...not in writing)
(To TEACH is to impart knowledge that is not presently known....not in writing)
● ACTS 8:31: And he said, HOW CAN I, (understand scripture) EXCEPT SOMEONE SHOULD GUIDE ME? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.
(The scriptures are not for individual interpretation. They need the guidance of the CHURCH. It is PROTESTANTS who are following the doctrines of a man.)

YOU MUST BE A DAMNED UNSAVED UNREGENERATE MACCABEE'AN PAGAN MATE THAT WORSHIPS THE DEVIL CALLED ALLAH, ETC!!!
@@sunnyjohnson992
Hi Sunny,
As you have probably read in SACRED SCRIPTURE , Jesus passed on to the apostles many things that were not written down, our basis of Sacred Tradition.
Believe what you want ,
Remain faithful to the Holy Trinity and hopefully we will all meet in heaven
Peace in Christ
@@sunnyjohnson992 It is based on both Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition. It is the living history of Sacred Tradition that allows the Church to interpret the scriptures correctly.
Jesus left us a Church not a bible. It is through this Church via Her living Sacred Tradition which gave us Sacred Scripture.
Bless you
You too Dana
IDIOT. READ my response above, mate before your soul shall ROAST in HELLFIRE!! I really meant it....
I also heard the root word is purge.. which may then be the purpose of prison …
It is a process of purification for the soul. I lived purgatory on this Earth now for 10 years.
@@Atulwebdesignerare you saying you are 10 years old?
Matthew 5: 23 to 26 please tell your followers to read the whole thing so they can understand it Jesus is talking about how important it is to forgive where do you get purgatory from, oh Jesus help this man

I found this on your channel on my mom's anniversary of her death.
That’s awesome!!!! That really encourages me!!
Thank you Shaila - subscribe if you haven't!
I pray for the souls in Purgatory every day. I also offer rosaries and masses for them too. Also, have masses said for yourself and loved ones while you are alive.
Very worthwhile to hear this --then do your own study.
Thank you very much, I hope you found it helpful.
What is the music? It's beautiful. Please give source of the music you use in all you videos.
Why thank you! I hope someone would like my taste - it’s all from Lumafusion and I have a subscription to “storyblocks” is the name of the music
Thank you for this labor of love so BADLY NEEDED!!! Also, since the souls in purgatory are saved, purgatory is part of heaven. Therefore, the Scripture that says the next life is heaven or hell does include purgatory--it's part of heaven. Thank you, again!
Thank you - please share my video - I know it’s long and maybe not for everyone but I had so much love put in it
S.jo Purgatory is not part of heaven as it is written nothing unclean can enter heaven.
Trinity is implied but never mentioned.
What about Luke 23:43? Jesus tells the thief on the cross “TODAY you will be with me in paradise”
Jesus answered the repentant thief: “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43)....
Amen🙏🙏🙏

Purgatory
Numbers 20:12 - Moses and Aaron, though forgiven, are still punished 2 Samuel 12:13-14 - David, though forgiven, is still punished 1 John 5:16-17 - There is sin that is not deadly Revelation 21:27 - Nothing unclean shall enter heaven Hebrews 12:23 - All in heaven have been made perfect Matthew 12:36 - "On judgment day men will account for every careless word they utter" Matthew 18:23-35 - In the kingdom of heaven you will remain in prison until your debt is paid 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 - Fire will test each ones work.
The book of Maccabees is before Jesus. We now live under a new covenant where Jesus paid the full price for us to go directly to heaven.
Amen
I love your information but I have struggled with idea of purgatory because Jesus died for our sins and bled for our sins to watch our sins away why would we need further purification? I watched the video and now see Jesus as purgatory, and if Jesus and purgatory are the same, then it makes sense that we must go through the sun to get to the father, and therefore we must go to purgatory.
The book of Maccabees is before Jesus. We now live under a new covenant where Jesus paid the full price for us to go directly to heaven.
Protestants skip over, ignore and reject vast amounts of scriptures and everything they attack is in the bible: Mary (and honouring her) saints (and their intercession) confession, penance, good works, the Eucharist, carved images in the Lord's temple, prayers of the rosary, etc etc etc
Thank you so much for the enlightenment
You are most welcome Nkota
I’ll give you an answer soon
The Bible doesn’t contain the word “purgatory” nor does it teach that souls of those who died are purified in purgatory. This is what the Bible teaches about sin and death and how it contradicts the doctrine of purgatory.
1) Faith in the blood of Jesus, not time in a so-called purgatory, purifies a person from sin. (1 John 1:7; Revelation 1:5) Jesus gave his life as a ransom for many. (Matthew 20:28)
2) People who have died are unconscious.
Jesus Jesus Jesus 🙏❤️
In it, 8 were saved" Those Spirits were NOT in Hell! Hell is ETERNAL!
