Yeah I returned these about 2 days ago. The microphones were okay at first but then they became progressively worse. Also, they took away the touch and hold to read notifications feature from this device. That was a deal-breaker for me because I used that feature all of the time on the original pro. Sometimes you just want to hear your notifications without using the trigger phrase, especially if you're in public. What's so sad is that Google left that feature the Jabra elite 10 and the Sony's wh-1000xm5 headphones. But yet they took it off of the pixel buds pro 2. Vintage Google!
You really need to run back your so-called ANC ratings. I owned/own two of the mentioned earbuds, and it's like you copy and paste this "ranking" in every one of these videos. Either way, I can tell your ranking for the XM5 and Bose QC Ultra are a lie. You definitely got something wrong with the way you rank ANC between these earbuds...whether it's your "research", hearing, or both.

I really struggled with these until I bought 3rd party tips. The ones that came with it never stayed in my ears, also decreasing ANC quality.
