I just posted a video about the supplements I took to help the healing process and take the swelling down! Check it out and let me know if you try them! ruclips.net/video/LC-VBv3qOg0/видео.html
My only option is to trust god 😍😍😍😍😍😍 same i said now m avoiding surgery thats hindu culture god and jesus said just wahoo video i avoid surgery its been 6 months coz i want to be natural if its a common injury then why do we need surgery thatd my question .
Wow! God is so good! This is exactly what I needed! I tore my acl completely 1 month and 1 week ago. I’ve been doing my research and I’m choosing the non-surgery route. I was at church when my pastor randomly heard God say there is healing in the ROOM! I immediately felt God spirit to receive the healing he talks about in the Bible! My knee has little to no pain, and I’ve been walking without a brace after my first month. I can jog lightly and bend my leg more and more each day! Thank God for this video and your boldness to live out the WORD OF GOD!! 🎉
Your story is literally identical to mine! Thank you so much for sharing. God does heal! All we have to do is ask and receive it. I pray you continue to get stronger and stronger.
I tore my ACL two weeks ago and I am able to walk now and I looking for videos like yours. Thanks sister your video inspired me a lot. God Bless You. 🙏🙏
@@NeekFilms there is still a little bit of instability, climbing stairs is quite a bit tough I think it will be fine in couple of months. But thank you for reminding us that actual healing is done by our body itself. That belief helped me a lot.
I tore my ACL twice and both times I was walking on the second day after I tore it. Most people can do this I was jumping on the third week. I still got surgery because it causes long-term problems like arthritis.
I took my CPL multi-engine chick ride after 3 weeks of the injury and I had the surgery after 7 months and I worked after the I woke up from the surgery from the bed to the bathroom and after 6 months I tore it again and didn't do the surgery after that it been 4 years with torn ACL without surgery and I'm doing good running every morning and hiking
@@abniyazi6578 Iam scared to get the surgery because I know it’s not 100 percent guaranteed fix that surgery will work I feel just fine Iam just considerd about long term Consequences if I don’t
I have a very similar experience. I fully tore my ACL and my dr didn’t think that’s what it was, he said it was a bone bruise. So I walked out of the office ( 3 days after I tore it). I went back one week later and I had almost full mobility so he said ok if it’s not 100% in one more week we’ll get you an MRI. One week later it still wasn’t 100% but definitely getting better just unstable ( I was doing backhandspring; front tucks; and almost full bars at gymnastics since 6 days after it happened ) I got an MRI and my dr called me Immediately after he read it and said so what did you say you did because I’m in total shock. This just shows how tough you are because you have a full tear. I don’t know why it didn’t swell; bleed; or have too much pain. He said my mentality must have stopped the bleeding which doesn’t even make any sense. But I personally believe that God has been healing me since the second I hurt it and that I won’t get surgery , but get another MRI showing that God healed the “ impossible”. I do ask for anyone reading this, just pray for fast healing! I would totally appreciate it because prayer changes things!
This is awesome! Yes, it truly is amazing when you're doing something that medically should be impossible. I will be doing an update video soon on the incredible rapid pace I've been able to move at. I'm so glad this helped and you are on your way to recovery and healing!
@@NP10338 exactly first thing to heal is "blood" and ligments don't receive it and a "torn ACL" is a 1->2 part ligment........ I can't automatically attack ur cut off arm to back to normal without surgery
I tore my acl and was walking the same day it happened. You can live a normal life without surgery. The problem is sports that involve pivoting and changing directions is something you physically can’t do without your ACL
I tore my ACL a week ago and it was a complete tear and for the next two days I had swelling and pain, from day 3 I started walking and continued my normal routine (no football tho) Now a week later my leg feels almost normal I took some vitamins and anti-inflammatory meds. I'm healing I hope. I am not looking forward to a surgery. And I'll update here. Thanks a lot for this video I saw this the day I tore my ACL when I had no hope of recovery, but after I saw this video I got my confidence high and kept to my routine.(I tore my ACL playing football) Thanks for this video and God bless
I'm so glad this video gave you hope. I know it seems like the end when you have a major injury, but there is hope and healing! Update me as you progress!
@@NeekFilms It's the end of the third week and my leg is almost back to normal with very minimal pain but zero inflammation. I have started walking running driving and what not, haven't started playing yet might start once the pain goes away completely and I feel confident. Again thanks a lot😄
I just tore my acl too but if u wanna play football again gotta get it fixed my swelling down don’t hurt can walk but every now and then it reminds u but cutting on it stopping hard is a no no lol I play football too tried playing cus it felt good but I hurt it again
@@sarangrb1375 did you eventually get back to football?:) Thanks for sharing! I'm also an athlete, and i'm a bit worried if i'll be able to get back to jumping and moving normally without the surgery...
I lost my ACL while skateboarding, walked home. Went to the to hospital next morning. Got to know that I torn ACL and Meniscus. A senior doctor told me to go under physiotherapy and if it doesn't work then get the surgery done. And here I am after 7 years doing most physical activities with no surgery. I run, cycle and Lift weights. Just keep working on your leg muscles. Although I dont play soccer which I love and can't skate but that's okay. I have other things I love. You will be okay. 👍🏽
Do you regret? If you had an ACL reconstruction, you would have been able to play soccer or skate. I had a partially torn ACL and am wondering I should have a surgery?
I wish I had the mindset and acceptance like yours, I partially tore my ACL and see a lot of my friends playing football which makes me really sad and wanting to play.
Hey man. So you completely tore your acl? I’ve completely torn my acl and also have meniscus tear. Doctors recommended surgery but I’d rather not do it if I don’t need to.
Hey, I came across your video while looking for torn ACL contents on RUclips and I was stunned by how similar our stories are. I just tore my ACL as well and chose no-op considering all the financial aspects. Now I am turning to God and Buddha as well to pray for a miraculous healing . And by seeing your latest videos just a month ago, I bet youre back on your feet now, happy for you. Now its my turn to head down the recovery journey. Thank you for an inspiring video
@@violetgodwin677 Still doing fine almost 3 months post injury. Although it does give me discomfort and pain every now and then. Overall, its my choice heading down the no-op, I gotta suck it up and keep praying and exercising
You can walk and run without an ACL, but you won't be able to change direction or jump from a stage without your knee popping out of place. What happens is your muniscus will now be more of an ancher for your knee. Every time your knee pops out it will tear your muniscus. Without an ACL your knee is not stable. I tore my ACL playing basketball and I walked right away. I thought I sprained it, and it was a complete tear. I got the surgery 5 years later cause I was tired of my knee popping out whenever I tried playing soccer with my son. Nways your knee will pop out, doesn't matter how much exercise you do. The people that ask you, "how are you walking" don't know how the knee works. ACL is needed when you want to change direction in high speed situations, and when you need to jump, like jumping a fence or a couple of steps. Your knee won't be able to keep your knee in place and it will pop out and back in, the more it does it the less it will bother you, but your knee will buckle on you and you will fall. Get the surgery when you get better insurance.
@@blank5307 Yes, it's a 9 month recovery and there are different versions of the ACL reconstructive surgery. Your orthopedic surgeon can tell you the different types.
I'm from INDIA and i want to join Military... I full filled all criteria, education, good physical health and mental health, but suddenly i tore my acl... In my country ACL reconstruction surgery will not be accepted by military forces ryt now i'm suffering with depression.... And your video gave me hope..... I appreciate your efforts regarding spreading awareness to the ppl.. Thank you godspeed
I injured my knee in 2016 and needless to say, I haven't returned to basketball simply because i don't want to possibly go thru the pain and aggravation again lol..... but i am currently active (running, jumping, skipping, dancing, etc) and im also able play the drums again (i injured my right knee which I use to operate the bass drum pedal)...... also im a personal trainer, so my mobility means EVERYTHING to me..... luckily God guided me to get my degree in exercise and sports science, so not only did I have faith but also the knowledge to get thru my situation 🙏🏾💪🏾💯
Acl tear 3 months ago. I am doing fine now ! Just like you i am believing in the man above and doing everything i can do. Doing well till now hope it goes right for me too. Amen
After watching this can’t wait to get my surgery next week 🙏 I tore my acl completely and damaged another ligament I was walking day 4. An acl won’t repair itself. This was confusing watching her
I tore my acl in mma training Jan 5th 2021, to date im back in the gym stronger then I was prior to the complete tear. The mind is a powerful thing. I had to strengthen the muscles local to the area as well as incorporate more glutes. The hardest part is gauging what my body can and cannot do, and teaching my body its ok to do certain things that caused pain before I recovered.
@@johndaly1283 nope no surgery although I had compelete tear of the acl and lcl and partial tear of the lcl. The told me I wouldnt be able to walk let alone continue doing MMA after such a devastating tear but I am indeed back active in the gym kicking power bags at full strength and doing spinning hook kicks and reverse kicks, the body is amazing when guided by a strong heart
I just turned 22 years old, & I recently torn mine it’s been so horrible I’ve been feeling so undefeated. I have a 6month too also, so it’s been even harder. It’s been a week & I cannot walk on it still, this gave me some more hope & faith. I will definitely turn my faith & strength to him to allow myself to receive his recovery 🙏🏼 staying positive, & trying excerices as of tomorrow
I was in your exact position and did not get surgery. I came back and was able to do most things but the stability in my knee is not 100%. 2 years later with 2 kids I’m getting my surgery because I do feel the lack of my ACL. Haven’t been able to put weight on my knee with out compromising. I am hopeful that surgery will get me to be much better than I am. Super thankful for what God has done for me.
Hey, nice to hear your doing better. Glory to God. I tore my ACL three weeks ago, i was on crutches the first 3 days and then I bought a sport hinge brace at a local Dick’s sports store. It allowed me to tipi-toe limp for the next days with no crutches until i meet my sport medicine doctor, he provided me with a temporary special brace to wear for six weeks. The orthopedic surgeon advices me to think about the surgery because is optional, not everyone needs one, unles you are a very active young athlete. I am 49, I was practicing BJJ when it happened. Bottom line I am debating if getting ACL surgery or not. Pros of getting it: -I have insurance that will pay for it -knee will get back to normal. Cons of getting it: -I have to stop working at least 2 to 3 months after surgery (possibly loose my job) -trauma due to surgery will be way more intense than the accident itself. Therefore recuperating is almost a year long with consistent therapy work to get back to normal. So, I’m still 50/50 and not having the surgery may be the way to go for me. But like I said, I’m old, with a job and not precisely an “athlete “ I recommend you to get a brace for yourself. It compensate for the missing ACL and protect your other ligaments and meniscus due to stability. This is in Amazon over the shelf braces. You can get a custom fitted one for three times the price, but is less expensive than a surgery and is worth. Check it out: Ossur CTi OTS Knee Brace - Maximum Support for ACL, MCL, LCL, Rotary and Combined Instabilities Injuries (Standard, Medium, Left) a.co/d/7cAubnN
I tore my ACL completely also about 4 years ago, doing Brazilian JiuJitsu, also a complete MCL tear. I didn't really want surgery either. My MCL healed and must have grew over as the doctor called it. I was also told ACL's do not grow back due to the way they are all frayed up and the fluid in the knee joint prevents this. Mine has been fine for day-to-day stuff to be honest. I can run, climb ladders and do general work. I have a Don Joy brace that I can wear while doing JiuJitsu which I do wear sometimes. The doctor said I would have to wear this every day just to do normal things but I haven't needed it at all. Great video though and I'm glad you are doing well without surgery also. You look a lot like one of my daughters lol :p Keep up the great videos!
I tore my acl and meniscus about a month ago in jiu jitsu practice (was wrestling on the feet) and Im already able to run and jump and make cutting movements. Not very intense movements but I can still do them. Im scheduled for surgery in 6 days but im kind of annoyed Bc I feel like i could go without it as it hardly hurts any more and I can move so well already.
Errmm.. you can still have a life with a ruptured ACL, walking, running and cycling are all fine. The benefits of surgery is being able to do sports like football, basketball etc. less likely to get arthritis too and the ACL is the ligament that supports pivoting hence why you can walk and cycle. I ruptured mine three weeks ago and starting rehab before deciding to have surgery or not.
Same here. Mine was completely torn 4 weeks ago. Waiting for the meniscus surgery done first and then after the recovery, the doctor will reassess the ACL deficiency. If there is no instability and I do not engage in any football or basketball then I do not need the ACL surgery. I have been riding on a gym bike everyday and my knee feels better every day.
My ACL tore last Saturday. Heard a loud pop. Was able to hobble around by 2nd day and have worked out twice in the first week. Won’t let this slow me down but nice to see this video. Gives me hope
Update: By month 2 I am fully recovered, no surgery needed. I did go to PT for 2 weeks to learn the right stretches to get my knee to start firing off again properly. But by the end of month 1 I was back to doing light weight lower body workouts. By month 2 I am able to run 2 miles twice a week and squat about 70% of my full strength. Don't give up, and listen to your body when you need to stop and rest! Hope this helps someone! May god bless
I don't understand how people think that an acl is just "simply " gonna heal or gonna grow back somehow. I mean Im a true believer in God but people need to use logic and not expect an ucl to " just " grow , that's like someone who get their arm amputated waiting for it to grow back it just doesn't make any sense
That’s crazy that you wouldn’t go to emergency care just because it’ll cost you money. Thank god my country has a proper medical system. I didn’t have to worry one bit about money when I snapped my acl, ambulance picked me up, drove me to hospital, my knee had dislocated too, they ran tests and 1.5 hrs later I was home with a brace, crutches and pain killers on a Sunday.
I am reading all this comments I tear my ACL on 12 -5-2021 and I been doing therapy and doing exercises by my own and I am wearing a brace and I feel good with it I can run clim stairs I do a lot of activities but the orthopedic tell me I need surgery but I don’t want it what recommendations you can give me thanks 🙏
I tore my ACL 2 weeks ago I was able to walk after a few days I started to force my knee to bend and work and I can walk, squat and do everyday things with no problem. I'm currently working on getting back to BMX I don't know if I'm getting surgery or not.
These types of injuries vary from person to person so I personally believe you do what you feel your body is capable of. I tore my ACL 4 yrs ago but only found out recently. I went to work the next day even though I couldn’t stand properly (my knee kept collapsing) but I felt no pain so I went about my life. Now, my physio and I are trying to avoid surgery by doing rehab. I’ll get reviewed at the 6 month mark to see if I need an MRI/ talk about surgery. Hopefully it doesn’t come to that.
Hey man good luck i still havent goten an MRI but docs say i might have an acl or meniscus tear. Hope you fast and complete recovery. Can you do an update? Did you get surgery or what happened thanks
Thank you so much for sharing your testimony. I just had the exact same thing happen to me on Mar 18, and I’m believing God for a complete healing of my right knee. Surgery isn’t an option for me either and I am doing some of the same things you’ve done too like thanking Jesus for healing and massaging it and doing some exercises. This has been so encouraging!
@@exposed3396 I’ve been healed of things that “cannot be healed” before so I continue to believe and have faith Cus God has and can do it again for me. Blessings 🙏🏼
I tore my acl on may 22nd, i was in basketball practice doing scrims and all of the sudden im in the air and i fell to the ground hearing a loud pop, not knowing what wha happened, not even remebering falling to the floor, i opened my eyes confused instantly feeling the pain on my right knee, i burns inside and the pain lasted a good hour or so, i wasnt able to walk without pain buh i didn’t know i tore my acl, so i went on without getting it checked out until may 3rd, i was with friends when i tore my acl again and i finally went to get it checked out, i jus got out of surgery a week ago, and now ready to take off this wrap and to start therapy for 6-8 months
Possible misdiagnosis, but 90% unlikely by the looks of it. 🤯good luck, keep going strong, hope ur pushing 110% soon with injury having made u better than b4. 🥳After all that's how our body heals, our muscles tear and regrow stronger.💪
Neek Films wow, just thought I'd state it was possible, tho I believe it more than most skeptics and the like would. 😇there's a lot we don't understand about our bodies capabilities and our planet, also ur healing process sounded like u did a few things many probably didn't, the effects positive thinking and happy thoughts can go a long way and faith can make it more effective and prolong it further. The massages, stretches and exercise sounded like u pushed urself just right.😊
I would just like to say there are different degrees of years if I have a small tear it could possibly heal by itself if u have a complete tear u need surgery cause it will not heal by itself I mean in my option I would get the surgery but I seem fine but it does have more risk if u met it heal by itself without the surgery
I did the same thing, rehabbed back to walking, running, etc, went without an acl for 2 years and problems started arising in my leg. Don't get me wrong you can do the things you used to do with no ACL, just not at that level of the degree you used to. Your knee is literally shifting forward and unstable which puts you at risk of tearing other ligaments or damaging cartilage. There are more complications that can happen down the road if you don't get surgery.
I had same thing a year ago and i felt like it healed and i didn't feel pain and day before yesterday I tore surrounding ligment due to the previous un treated ACL....... So please take it seriously and not on copium god
I used to be very good running I tore my ACL during training it was like 90% cut after 10 months of strength training now I’m back to running again no surgery
Ya I tore my ACL didn't get surgery and ultimately did even more damage to my knee, gonna have serious problems in the future if you dont get it treated.
@@NeekFilms Sports was the cause initially. However, more damage was done by the knee giving out by doing everyday things. You can rehab the knee without surgery and sure you can get back to doing every day things. However, you run the risk of damaging cartilliage if your knee ever gives out. Your knee is literally shifting forward with zero protection. Fast forward 2 years not getting surgery, things in my knee/leg started to hurt more than they normally would, knee would give out randomly even by just walking and turns out I did even more damage to the surrounding ligamants in my knee. My advice, if you have the money and the medical coverage to get the surgery, you will be better off. Ligaments dont grow back like bones and to get blood flow to that area is very difficult. I give you props for trying to rehab your knee back by not getting surgery, but the reality is, you're going to end up with significant issues down the road.
I slipped in mud, one night, just running, and my foot got stuck in the mud while my whole body rotated. I thought my leg would tear off. I collapsed in excruciating pain, and started screaming. The pain was intense. I thought, "I just tore every ligament".... I was unable to walk, but somehow hopped back to my apartment (a block away). Anyway, I have no insurance, and the next day I schedule a doctor's appt, a month away. Which was ridiculous. So I thought "start praying and taking supplements"... (usually my go to method 4 everything, jk) But I did just stay in bed, ate well and.... Miraculously, the swelling went away and I am able to walk again. I never went to the doctor, and so I don't know what happened. But... I am just so grateful, and do believe a higher power helped me.
i tore my acl 8 times w/o any surgery - why 8x because im a hard headed and still play basketball.haha! goodthing basketball is not allowed anymore so there's no chance i'll get to torn it. but i keep on biking every now and then w/ 60KM.
Like you I had an accident but I was on my bike and my tibia shifted outta place and the infamous pop noise came along instantly. I have a lot on my plate as well. After watching this video I gained the courage to finally stand up and I did just that once with one crutch and then with no crutch. Thank you for this video!
Hi so I completely tore my acl on my left knee. I just started today doing little exercises , it happened about three weeks ago. I just started having the ability to put pressure and not use crutches anymore. I know the doctor told me that I can’t grow my acl again and would need surgery. I don’t want surgery and want God to heal me naturally. Is it possible our acl can grow back again and how long will that take? how is your knee now? I know this video was some months ago, but hope your all better. Amen 🙏🏽
I completely tore my ACL but I can’t move my ankle has this happen to anyone it soo stressful because it cause me to lift my whole leg from my thigh muscle to “walk.”
I had my ACL torn completely last week with other impressions from mri results like, PHMM tear, mild LCL tear, bone bruises, despite all that i walked after the impact that caused the injury in 5 minutes, and i started jogging 2 days ago, of course i can feel pain when i bend my knees all the way, but other than that everything is fine, and the fact that everything is “fine” is what scares me 😂😅
Well i’m doing great now thanks for asking, i can bend my knees all the way but once i put pressure on it while bending it (like my weight) i feel discomfort and small pain, and also once i extend it all the way i can feel like a tick in the bones, so if i land on my feet from a jump with it being extended all the way i feel pain and like my knee is about to break, other than that everything is fine i can do quick movements like pivoting. The doctor said that ACL surgery was not necessary as my muscles are capable and strong enough on holding both bones together, he only told me that i should do physical therapy, strengthen my leg, and give it time.
i had completely tore my acl i was walking the same day it was hard but the second day i was walking my knee was swollen tho i still have not had surgery it been 2 years
i was riding bike.. was about to fall due to guy infront me brakes all of a sudden.. had my sister in pillion seat... at any cost i do not want to fall on the road as there were moving vehicles behind.. put my feet down to get the balance.. bham.. heard a pop..!! Parked my bike aside.. had pain.. did some stretching and went home.. Now living a normal life.. jst that i stopped running.. and active sports life.. to get back to active sports and running.. i have to get my surgery done..

I was playing ball and planet and twisted it felt like my thigh and shine bone shifted one went left the other went right I couldn’t walk for a week after a while I started getting back to my everyday life playing basketball running thinking nothing of it also thinking of going to the army which I did I went to basic training while doing some carrying drills my knee popped out of place me thinking nothing of I straighten my leg out and I popped back in. I graduated basic. I recently in 2021 just got and MRI My cartilage is worn down I have a meniscus tear and a partial ACL tear only God has gotten me this far and I thank him I’m more careful now knowing what it is but I’ve come this far in my only through God.

I've torn my ACL since the coronavirus first lock down and didn't get a surgery and my knee is steel instable and sometimes with Bad move I feel the twist and sometimes I feel pain too I want to do the surgery coz I want to play football
Sister,I have had torn my acl 8 months ago. It was so painful. But at present i can,t playing and running with the best. What can i do 😥.I need a solution to rescue from this injury. Plz suggest me 💐
My heart is broken. My husband doesn't have insurance. He hurt his knee about 6-7 weeks ago he hasn't been able to straighten it or walk on it. We've paid an x-ray fee than had to get an MRI so we had to pay that fee. They told us his meniscus tore and flipped that is was a bucket tear. By the grace of God we are here and he's getting surgery (well just finished with surgery, I'm in the waiting room) the surgeon just came out and told me the surgery went well but unfortunately his ACL had completely tore all the way. We don't have the money for another surgery. I truly don't know what we are going to do. I'm literally bawling my eyes out sitting here waiting for my husband to wake up. He's going to be so heart broken. We thought this was it and on his way to recovery. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 God help us!!
Hello, I tore my ACL in 2014 and had it reconstructed. I just had another injury 3 days ago and I am praying I can recover without surgery. I also have no insurance, and no job so I am extra stressed out. Your husbands health is the most important thing. Money can be replaced. Try applying to medicaid for financial assistance
I was told by my orthopedic that no jumping and no sports like football or basketball that has a high demand in direction switching. If your husband does not do any of those and does not feel any knee instability in normal daily activities, then he does not need an ACL surgery. I would suggest get your husband a gym bike and ride on it everyday. He will get better and better.
doctors said i have prtial acl tear and i dont remember when i tore and how old is the injury its been since january i am going to doctors and three weeks ago i got a cortisone shot and now i am doing physical therapies, i am too scare to do i have on kid , its very painful to bent
I don’t think so it’s true. My ACL complete tear I don’t know how. But in x ray not a single dr find that my ACL tear. My stability was zero for one month but slow I tied the cloth for stability and 2-3 months later it stable but randomly I felt awkward it’s felt inner meniscus or say both bone touching but when I start running it set. But after corona again I feel pressure on my knee and found ACL tear complete in mri and it was broken 15 years ago and don’t feel pain only 3-4 time bone touch each other in 2-3 years. But after corona due RSL my both leg ligaments stretched and one is over stretched and another one is already broken.
I tore my ACL 2 months ago playing flag football. I heard a loud pop and had huge pain for like 20 seconds but I was able to walk the same day with some pain, still I knew that wasn’t normal. I wasn’t able to bend it completely and MRI showed I had NO ligament at all but my knee didn’t feel unstable at it should have so I was really confused. I did some small exercises at home and lived my normal life since then except doing sports. I knew that I felt great to live my normal life but if I wanted to continue playing flag football the way I know how and this was going to end bad, maybe another torn ligament, broken bone or something. At the end I had surgery and my doctor found I had a torn meniscus as well so they repaired the meniscus and added a corps ligament to my knee. 4 days later I’m feeling great and excited to go back when the time is right. Im a big believer in God but I didn’t want to push my body as I’m very active, reason why I got surgery but I know that God has been with me this whole time. I have had a great recovery since I got out of surgery compared to my other friends and RUclips videos I have seen. Feeling Blessed

I think I tore my acl, it only swelled once after it happened. Can I exercise to strengthen my knees? so that I can play again when I can use the full strength of my knees (BTW I ALSO DIDN'T GO TO A SURGERY, I THINK IT HAPPEND PROBABLY 2 OR 4 MONTHS AGO, and when it happened I didn't exercise my knees much
Wow! This is amazing! I tore both my ACL and Meniscus in my right and left knee. When I first tore it, I waited a month to get my surgery for the right knee and I’m currently at 8 days POST-OP and growing stronger than ever! Though my left knee ACL and meniscuses are still torn, it’s gained so much strength to be the strong leg for my right one during this process . When I first hurt myself, I pulled myself up 3 flights of steps. I waited about 3-5 days before being able to walk. I started walking with my crutches, but I was still walking, working as a teacher, and driving. However, my left knee is getting so strong as I’m doing physical therapy for this right one, I’m doing the same exercises for my left one. Although, I have decided to get surgery on both of my knees, I know what you mean about God being a healer! My doctor was amazed how I was able to walk, work, go up 3 flights of stairs EVERYDAY, and drive with minimal to no pain. I know this was filmed 1 year ago, but I’m currently experiencing this now in 2021 and your video was just what I needed to see. I pray that God continues to heal your knee and grow your business.
Same Torn meniscus and ACL and Baker cyst. Don’t know if surgery would help. I feel fine and still doing everything I don’t know 🤷♀️ if I should just rehab it knee surgeon gave me zero options didn’t even give me an option of rehab so maybe I need a second opinion he just said I must get surgery that made me suspicious 🤨
I play basketball and haven't got a acl tear and I am scared to and I haven't picked up a basketball for 3 weeks and I always willing to pick it up and practice but something is telling next time I play I am going to tear it
I just posted a video about the supplements I took to help the healing process and take the swelling down!
God is good Thank you so much I needed to hear this Blessings Respect

@@NeekFilms there is still a little bit of instability, climbing stairs is quite a bit tough I think it will be fine in couple of months. But thank you for reminding us that actual healing is done by our body itself. That belief helped me a lot.
@@AnimeshDas108 dude if you completely tore your acl, go get surgery because your body cannot reconstruct an acl if it is torn througj
I tore my ACL twice and both times I was walking on the second day after I tore it. Most people can do this I was jumping on the third week. I still got surgery because it causes long-term problems like arthritis.
How long did it take for you to get back to football?
If the knee is not swollen you can walk and jump with ACL, but the leg is unstable and gets crunched leading to arthritis

Yes. Thanks for commenting!
One week later it still wasn’t 100% but definitely getting better just unstable ( I was doing backhandspring; front tucks; and almost full bars at gymnastics since 6 days after it happened )
I got an MRI and my dr called me Immediately after he read it and said so what did you say you did because I’m in total shock.
It cannot heal on its own it's not like bone or muscle the blood flow through the ligament is very less .. delaying can cause other structure problem
Do you have studys that show people without an acl can't play sports? I can't find any
I tore my ACL a week ago and it was a complete tear and for the next two days I had swelling and pain, from day 3 I started walking and continued my normal routine (no football tho) Now a week later my leg feels almost normal I took some vitamins and anti-inflammatory meds. I'm healing I hope. I am not looking forward to a surgery. And I'll update here.

Wanted to not have surgery but after watching your video, 💯 sure I need it! Free surgery here, I live in eu. Thanks for helping me out!
Sir same here..Can we get back to original condition through surgery.
@@blank5307 Yes, it's a 9 month recovery and there are different versions of the ACL reconstructive surgery. Your orthopedic surgeon can tell you the different types.

Pros of getting it:
-I have insurance that will pay for it
-knee will get back to normal.
Cons of getting it:
-I have to stop working at least 2 to 3 months after surgery (possibly loose my job)
-trauma due to surgery will be way more intense than the accident itself. Therefore recuperating is almost a year long with consistent therapy work to get back to normal.
So, I’m still 50/50 and not having the surgery may be the way to go for me. But like I said, I’m old, with a job and not precisely an “athlete “
I recommend you to get a brace for yourself. It compensate for the missing ACL and protect your other ligaments and meniscus due to stability. This is in Amazon over the shelf braces. You can get a custom fitted one for three times the price, but is less expensive than a surgery and is worth. Check it out:

I fell skiing and tore my ACL and fractured my ankle
Speak it girlllll!!!!!! Claim it!!!!!!!
Thank you!

The massages, stretches and exercise sounded like u pushed urself just right.😊
I could walk like day 3/4 after ACL tear but 1 year later it caused me more problems
I would just like to say there are different degrees of years if I have a small tear it could possibly heal by itself if u have a complete tear u need surgery cause it will not heal by itself I mean in my option I would get the surgery but I seem fine but it does have more risk if u met it heal by itself without the surgery
I tore my ACL and MCL recently and it’s been 4 weeks and idk if I want surgery because I can walk without any pain
Hi! What is that machine you’re using @11:09?

Hi, I just saw your video its amazing story. Plz tell me do you have complete ACL tear?or Partial?
Ok I tore my acl over a year ago just ordered a 6 point brace no surgery for me yet
Ya I tore my ACL didn't get surgery and ultimately did even more damage to my knee, gonna have serious problems in the future if you dont get it treated.
We’re you in sports or just normal movement? How did it get injured?
It's been 10 yrs since I completely tore my ACL and I never got surgery

Yes biking is crucial. I don't recommend basketball for anyone with a torn acl especially without surgery. Very risky!
No way u can tear your acl 8 time without surgery only could do it once without surgery cus it don’t grow bk may twice on both knees
Like you I had an accident but I was on my bike and my tibia shifted outta place and the infamous pop noise came along instantly. I have a lot on my plate as well. Thank you so much. I just want to tell the truth.
Amen 🙏🏽
How’s it now
Your acl has no blood flow, it cannot grow back
I completely tore my ACL but I can’t move my ankle has this happen to anyone it soo stressful because it cause me to lift my whole leg from my thigh muscle to “walk.”
I had my ACL torn completely last week with other impressions from mri results like, PHMM tear, mild LCL tear, bone bruises, despite all that i walked after the impact that caused the injury in 5 minutes, and i started jogging 2 days ago, of course i can feel pain when i bend my knees all the way, but other than that everything is fine, and the fact that everything is “fine” is what scares me 😂😅
How are you doing now? What did the doctor say?

Fully torn ACL repair without exercise ?
Right now i have full acl torn. I am doing Physiotherapy.
Results are good and my knee strength are improving so what can i do ?
I tore my acl and walked two days later
I am just so glad you posted this. I am on similar situation. I also work in production and also on a important step of career level changing and I felt from a skateboard. I broke my ankle and the doctor asked me for MRI in knee for meniscus. In this time everyday I had a sign from God. I was so distanced from Him before this accident. But now I am just sure that he is calling his daughter back. Thank you for this video ❤️ and God keep blessing you
Thanks for the video. I just heard a huge pop in my calf while playing volleyball. Still not sure if it’s my acl but I don’t have insurance. Prayers up.
How are you doing? Did you find out what it was?
@@NeekFilms I did! Turns out I tore my calf muscle. So I’m slowly walking again and won’t need surgery. I guess I didn’t hear a “pop” but I did feel it tear. I actually turned around when it happened thinking someone tripped over my extended leg. I should be walking normal again in a couple weeks 🙌🏻
@@BenjHouston I was bout to say not ur acl if u heard it in your calf lol acl is in your knee
I feel you ... more power to u ✊🏻
thank you!
I just tore mine and tore my cartilage and was told I didn't need surgery cuz I'm not an athlete 😑 like I work with small kids Ive gotta run around and pivot. This has ruined my college career
Hey Girl,
Can you send me a video of the sermon about healing you have been watching?
Thank u ths exactly what I needed to hear God is Great
I’m glad this helped and yes He is! People are arguing on my other ACL video. They think I’m faking having a torn ACL Bc I shouldn’t be able to do what I’m doing. Lol. Exactly.

@@ScenicSpotter I wanted to update you. Its been 5 months since my torn all and I ran for the first time on Saturday. You can do it! What kind of physical therapy have you been doing? Have you made any progress?
@@NeekFilmsI'm glad at least you responded after 3months...

Actually I'm under treatment still I hadn't started my physical therapy I'll start it by Next week...
Anyway thanks so much for sharing your update :)
Broken Back Pack I didn’t see that you replied again to my first response. I have a video of PT I did right off the back. You can start today even. There are tons of resources online. I only had one zoom meeting with a physical therapist because I did lots of research online.
Any one have full extension and flexion with a torn acl and torn meniscus?
I tore my acl and lived with it for 5 years until I was walking down some stairs and and tore my Meniscus and had to have surgery 2 years later and I think I retore my acl
So sorry 🥺
I’m getting better though!
How's your ACL now ? Like have you resumed your life like before ?…..my mother is just diag with the same she doesn't want surgery for her
i had an accident three years ago after which i found that i torn my ACL... my knee popped almost three times uptil now... the first two pops were in first year... n the third pop is recent... i thought its been a long time so i might recover but after 2 years same happened with me... now m going to have my surgery... but one thing i would like to mention that i have no pain still... i start walking in some minutes after my third pop... but to further prevent this m going to have a surgery soon...
I believe this! I torn mine and my Meniscus. I doing just fine because God made our bodies to heal their self Iam doing Anti-inflammatory food I use food as medicine and I have faith 🙏 Beautiful story.
I've torn my ACL since the coronavirus first lock down and didn't get a surgery and my knee is steel instable and sometimes with Bad move I feel the twist and sometimes I feel pain too I want to do the surgery coz I want to play football
My daughter and I have been healed in 3wks too.
It seems it’s always in 3’s
I tear my acl with out knowing for years
u should get surgery done to prevent an early onset of arthritis, which could ultimately lead to getting a complete knee replacement
Great attitude! God Bless🙏🏼 I was walking after a week!!
Sister,I have had torn my acl 8 months ago. It was so painful. But at present i can,t playing and running with the best. What can i do 😥.I need a solution to rescue from this injury. Plz suggest me 💐
Get surgery if u an athlete
Hello,
I tore my ACL in 2014 and had it reconstructed.
Just keep working on your flexion and extension. It will get there. You need time to heal. Biking helps!
Mam is your acl completely torn?
This literally just happened to me last week playing tackle football. How did the surgery go? I get in 2 weeks
I play football in I’m pretty sure I tore both of my ACLS during practice in I practice through the pain in all long story short if your knee are bone ain’t popped out are snapped in have your good 🤷🏽♂️
Love your faith. Talk to me in ten or 20 years.

I think I tore my acl, it only swelled once after it happened. Can I exercise to strengthen my knees? so that I can play again when I can use the full strength of my knees (BTW I ALSO DIDN'T GO TO A SURGERY, I THINK IT HAPPEND PROBABLY 2 OR 4 MONTHS AGO, and when it happened I didn't exercise my knees much
- how’d u get the swollen to go down at least ?
iceeeeeeeeee
I play basketball and haven't got a acl tear and I am scared to and I haven't picked up a basketball for 3 weeks and I always willing to pick it up and practice but something is telling next time I play I am going to tear it
Can’t be scared dats how u gone hurt it
It literally took me 3 day to start walking ion know what y’all taking abt
