A condo is the way to go. It’s really nice to have all of those additional amenities. I live in a gated community on a golf course in Las Vegas. We have squash, courts, tennis courts, and so on in our community. It’s worth paying the monthly HOA fee for all of those facilities. This is a beautiful condo for $350,000. Great price point for a vacation home.

Im in the UK and looking at relocating and found your channel when looking for Condos in Bangkok.....never considered Pattaya or visited before but blown away at how much further my money would go there! Cant believe that's only $350,000 as similar in Bangkok would be at least $1,000,000......
you can definitely get a lot more for your money here. I previously lived in Bangkok as well but I much prefer Pattaya. Life is easier and more relaxing and it’s an easy and quick commute to Bangkok
