He had been bitten by Woody like witnesses in the Ray Lewis vs State murder case. So he realized that Woody would walk back anything he was babbling to the police. The citizens of FC does not deserve this foolishness from this accidental DA. You cannot bankrupt the county on a freaking losing case. Somebody needs to do the right thing and throw this case out.
That’s why people need to vote her out but instead everyone chooses to vote for color, party and their feelings but we need to make sure we get the right people in position of power in all aspects from city state and federal elections we got to many criminals in positions of power
The prosecution shake their heads at anything they might disagree with. It’s too personal for them. No way they give it up. The Jurors have to see this behavior and I bet at least one is turned off by it. Their job is to not punish anyone. It’s to find the truth.
I lived in Dekalb County for about two years. I’m sorry but I sold my house and moved back to Maryland. The people in Georgia seem a little slow. I couldn’t deal with it. I lived about five minutes from Stone Mountain. I had two homes. One in Atlanta and one in Maryland but the payments got a little high.
Glanville doesn't think they fucked him. He conspired with Krause to get this recusal. When he went home for the weekend after the drama with Steel and the ex parte, he got together with other judges and probably his lawyer and they all told him he was fucked if this went to the supreme court and he had to get out ahead of it. So he went into court on monday and stopped every error that still could be stopped- cancel the show cause hearing, release the transcripts and agree to let another judge hear the recusal. However, when he agreed to let another judge hear the recusal, he also gave her a legal excuse to not consider any of the allegations made by steel. Glanville presented his defense from the allegations in the recusal motion into the record and that provided ample reason for the recusal in itself without Krause even considering anything Steel brought up. Now Glanville is recused, Krause can't be accused of any impropriety even though she presented the most superficial, rudimentary summary of some of Steel's allegations possible, and ignored 90% of the motion. another crooked judge will be appointed and if Steel wants to recuse this one, he'll look like he just doesn't want to accept the authority of a judge.. Judges are not allowed to deny the allegations in a recusal motion. As a matter of procedure, they stand denied automatically. The judge isn't allowed to consider the truthfulness of any claims. They have to consider them to be true and then decide the motion on whether they would merit recusal if true. When the judge presents a defense, he has made himself adversarial to the party that made the motion and must be recused. So the judge read that defense into the record knowing he would be recused for it, but that allowed Krause to bury anything Steel said, which prevents any further inquiry into his wrongdoing until 20 years from now when an appeal is granted.
I believe there will be more motions filed, especially for a mistrial. More things will happen. I believe this is far from over. Maybe the judicial committee will find wrongdoing on his end, even though that process took a year with Peterson. And I agree with you wholeheartedly, this was all a part of the plan and he knew he would be recused. They sat all weekend and even before that, to execute their plan.
I have a BS degree in Criminal Justice so I only understood about half of what you wrote. 😂😂. What’s wrong with these judges, prosecutors and DA’s, can’t leave them out. As a Police Sergeant for 25 years I worked with them a lot but they didn’t carry it the way they do in Georgia.

The problem with this case is that Folton county has been Bull Excrement Ing this case for 2 years and milking the system for greed that they never presented the foundation of who was the perks in this murder and ringleader.
I don't think so officially but it should because he and the DOJ knew his office was non-existent and he received 24 million illegally from a slush fund with unlimited access of tax payer money. There is no way to fix that now so at the least he shouldn't have any right to immunity since it was illegally received. Will see if it is granted I wouldn't doubt It smh
