- The plaintiff says the defendant, his ex, is sticking him with a phone charger she was supposed to pay for but hasn't. She also maxed out a credit card the plaintiff gave her, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff agreed to pay for everything himself. The only reason the plaintiff is suing her is because she broke off their engagement.

I wonder why people don't just get prepaid plans. Prepaid plans still offer the same quality talk, text, and data, and there are even unlimited prepaid plans. None of those require credit.
I think because on a credit contract you can get a new phone and pay it off slowly. Pre paid if you want a new phone you have to pay outright for it
