The plaintiff has a really detailed description of the encounter with the defendant. I can hardly wait to see how the defendant supports her claim that it wasn't her. So she claims she parked without hitting the motorcycle, but when she came back from the store, it was leaning against the other car. Yeah. That doesn't help her case. She's gonna pay. She's delusional, but not about the accident, about whether anyone would believe her story. And this case doesn't come anywhere near the 51% probability needed to decide in the plaintiff's favor. It's a flat 100%.

It is very clear from this case that, it is second nature to the defendant to consistently tell lies throughout this case. She's also very deceptive by saying that she was going to pay for the damages even though she had no intention of doing so. She was also, very manipulative by taking the plantiff for coffee in Starbucks and making her feel bad. The good thing about this was that she also implicated herself that she had problems parking before. Congratulations to the plantiff who was so transparent and honest. I met him, gave him the money, HAD HIM SIGN A RECEIPT & THAT WAS THAT. Except he called back a couple days later 😮. He said he never expected the phone # was real. When it was, he never expected us to meet him with the money. A couple days later, I received $100 in the mail.with a note saying ‘I overcharged you bcuz I thought I’d have to take you to court. Thanks for fixing my car. That was that. When you’re wrong, you’re wrong. Period. My husband had an ACCIDENT, it happens.
