His defense & tactic changes almost daily. Today it ended with him saying he doesn't understand any of the questions so he can't give his consent to anything so the trial shouldn't continue.

@@PresleysMom504 Well, as he pointed out, the court never gave proof of jurisdiction. That's number 1. There's also a question of a recall may have been issued for his vehicle, which he just found out about, and the court wants to hurry this trial along and not allow him to bring up said recall and didn't even allow him to call his mother as a witness who can testify to this. This is absolute grounds for appeal. Also, there's the matter of him being a sovereign citizen which the court is refusing to recognize, which isn't really a surprise, but still, it's not right. Oh, and the interrogating officer lying to him during interrogation seems extremely underhanded and shady. The evidence tells me they are "rushing to judgement" as they have been accused of and not allowing him time to prepare. This verdict is coming back, for sure.
The defense is indeed unqualified but the defended had the right to chose such a hobby wanna-be lawyer that thinks watching law and order, yelling, arguing or simply disagreeing because he said so is going to resolve the charge of 6 dead people and multiple injured. He is never going to see the free world again and his defense made sure all sane people are okay with that.
