Does anybody notice how he said I don’t consent to being called by that name. The judge replies, “so noted” and, then asks him “Mr. Brooks are you willing to call one of the 13 witnesses?” He responds “yes I do” He’s an idiot 😂

All these victim's should file a claim against this demon's mom who gave the vehicle to him despite knowing that he did not have a driver's license. Owning a 3000 pound vehicle is a responsibility and she provided it to a monster to mow down people and children, she should be held responsible as she is the owner of the vehicle.
I have to wonder if she was scared of him and deep down she's a little relieved he's going to be locked up forever.. We don't know how he treated her. She already wouldn't allow him in her house. Maybe she knew how far she could go but she felt threatened and wouldn't shut that fat mouth we've all heard until he buckled, he's a horrible self centered troll, but without knowing his mom its wrong to judge her.

I have watched Mr and Mrs Bonesteel many times. This is the first time I really watched their faces, and the tone and tenor of their voices. I felt absolutely sick listening to them describing what happened to Jane.

If he wanted to face his accuser , I'm sure all the people injured, families of the deceased, many maimed and a few thousand others.....that can meet Duh-rell in the parking lot of the Courthouse!
To give a good example of where he asked the question about his interaction with any other black names is totally not relevant to the case and the prosecution did not object. My opinion he chose to represent himself then they should have no gone easy on him nor should they have helped him out like they did throughout the whole trial like notifying his witnesses. He made a point near the end of the trial when he argued about the order of his witnesses and said he never asked the DA for help which is a very clear lie. I believe if you go back to day 6 he made it very clear that any help from the DA would be greatly appreciated. Just shows he only cares about himself and he is a pathological liar and for that reason they should have not lifted one finger to help him. There is no way he could use that for an appeal if they did not choose to help him they are under no obligation to help and for that fact they should have left it upon himself to notify all of his witnesses. Especially since almost all of his witnesses had already been called by the state and all he did was rehash questions he asked in cross and for that reason every question should have been objected too as asked an answer but both the DA and the judge let him slide and waste courts time. The applet court my bet will not even take his case he does not have one reason for an appeal and if for some reason they do any Attorny that argues for him is just going to get embarrassed by the judges.

If you noticed throughout trial Brooks never had any evidence whatsoever….. his only evidence was a police report so what that means is he never once attacked evidence… he only attacked or tried to attack witness testimony “ police report “
My humble opinion the most damaging most important evidence is the video…. He’s on video running down 75 people and on video fleeing changing appearance and on video lying to police during interrogation….. That’s the ballgame folks… case closed… nothing else to talk about

I have no doubt before this trial started the judge instructed the DA to go easy on DB with their objections. There were so many time throughout the trial he repeated the same questions over and over to every witness and a lot of questions that had no bearing on the case and could have been objected too for relevance. Same with the judge she ruled in his favor many times weather it was an objection or sustainment. That was as very clear and I am not even an attorney. Then he wants to complain it was not a fair trial. Even though the judge told him she could not instruct him on the law throughout the trial she gave him so many hints to help him out he was too stupid to even realize it. His theory if he just objected to every question he would get one to go his way even though he had no clue what he was objecting too. A blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.
I respectfully disagree in part. There were plenty of objections, mostly to protect the witnesses. I believe the DA laid off a bit because they figured out about 10 minutes in that the more Duhrell talked, the easier their job was becoming
