Does it have a rack or pole for clothes drying? It seems that there is something by the window but I'm not sure. Also, I love the view and the fact one can see lots of skies while drinking their morning coffee. To me this is essential.

This apartment is great! If you have a friend over you could move the table out and sit on the bed with the friend sitting on the chair. The price is resonable, the location is good. This was a good find!
I think, that is the best micro apartment so far. Perfect size, perfect arrangement of the furniture, bed and desk already there, and the toilet got real walls around. I could live in that apartment. Very nice. Business-spidy looks very professional.
I like this one. It's small, but practical, and comes furnished with everything you need. Price is good too for a central location. This is about the same size and layout as my university dorm, which I lived in for two years (and my dorm didn't come with a kitchenette or washing machine) so it's definitely a liveable space.
Id swap the wardrobe and dresser. It will help it feel less claustrophobic while in the room. Plus a place to hang your coat! Add a giand squishmallow to the bed for a backrest watching tv... and vacuum under the bed😅
this one is so functional and has literally everything including a bathroom sink I'm so impressed. I think maybe it's because the aesthetic isn't there? You can't really make it your own anymore since it has all the furniture already
De longe esse é o melhor apartamento que você apresentou. Não sei sobre a localização, mas levando em conta tudo que tem no apartamento e o espaço em si o preço é perfeito! Só preciso levar minhas roupas, a panela de arroz e a air fryer. A minha nota para esse apartamente é 10!
@@camilacarrafa7345 dentro da bancada da pia onde esta a chaleira cabe a panela de arroz. Já tem ate uma toalha termica :) Mas esse ape tem bastante espaço! Eu colocaria uma mesa com rodinhas naquele espacinho ali perto da cama embaixo da tv (é um bom lugar para colocar o notebook). O armario alto de roupas ficaria mais perto da pia (para fazer a divisão de cozinha para quarto. A comoda logo ao lado e no espaço que sobraria (que é onde esta a mesa) uma poltrana ou cadeira facil de dobrar. O aspirador acho que dá para guardar no banheiro ou dentro do armario de roupas. Aí sobra aquele espaço onde está a comoda... e é ali que eu colocaria uma mesa bistro( ou algo parecido) ou estante/torre de eletromesticos (apesar que a mesa de bistro é perfeita pq agrega lugar para cozinha e tbm sobra espaço embaixo para as lixeiras e cesto de lavar roupas). Eu me vi morando ali
When I was watching the first few minutes I thought that this place was like a hotel (or at least a dorm). And indeed you did say that near the end of the video. Love how it’s fully furnished with every thing that you need. The shower personally feels a bit cramped though.

Hola Usui-san, me gustaría ver más apartamentos. Creo que a este le faltaría un pequeño balcón o terraza para que puedas tener una o dos plantas porque creo que las plantas te alegrarían cada vez que llegues a tu apartamento. También me parece que le falta un poco más de espacio para tener una mini mesa al lado de la cocina o cerca de ella. Me gustaría saber si ese mini apartamento tiene aire acondicionado, extractor para expulsar el humo cada vez que se cocina y si es posible guardar cosas debajo de la cama. Me ha gustado mucho que tuviera un pequeño zapatero, era muy bonito y me gusta mucho que sea blanco porque da sensación de que el mini apartamento sea más grande. Aunque veo que tiene pocas estanterías y estaría bien que tuviera un bonito cuadro de algún lugar bonito de Tokio porque daría la sensación de otra ventana 🪟, una falsa ventana aunque con una imagen muy bonita. En los siguientes apartamentos sería buena idea que la cama sea abatible para tener un poco más de espacio, si fuera posible. This is the best apartment, it's good located, nicely furnished, very practical and cosy. And the price was not so bad, I thought first looking at the video, it will be at least 600 EUR, but it's more affordable, around 500 EUR
I honestly really like this one it’s got all the amenities you need and they’re organized nicely in here. I’d put a narrow bookshelf in that spot above the bed for books and collectibles, swap that desk and chair out for a longer but narrower desk and gaming chair, then maybe swap that tv for a nicer flatscreen for watching blurays
Although there's already a bed, I would prefer to have a loft bed so the space under it may be utilized as a home office or additional storage. You can then have a 2 seater sofa or a comfy bench where the desk currently is.

It looks like a washer spinner but the window is really nice. It appears to be set up for a corporation to house employees when they are in the area. I would definitely get this one.
I really like this apartment. it's like one straight line with everything you need. for some reason. I'd like to washer in the bathroom. Some of the apartments that you showed. I really don't like. They eat a shaped weird or too small or not big enough. But I really like this one.I could see myself living in here. amounts me of one of my first apartments when I went to college. it was like a dorm room or like you said a hotel room. This small completely furnished. and I spent 7 years there. I really enjoyed living there.

I live in Hochiminh City, Vietnam, and I've got to say an apartment of this size with full appliances like this (maybe there isn't a hair dryer and vacuum cleaner) in central part of the city might cost the same monthly rent. A washer-dryer in the bathroom seems gross to me. Other than that this apartment has a ton of storage. That’s good, but it loses the light airy feeling it would have with less storage.

To be honest: for me it´s the 95% perfect micro apartment I would exchange the chair for one with a backrest, but that´s all Maybe Usui don´t like the color of the wood used at the furniture or is missing a bathtube? To be honest the furniture isn´t 100% consistent concerning style/color, but that´s the only slight point of critism from my perspective

L’appartamento è molto carino e arredato bene! Io però non riuscirei a vivere in un appartamento così piccolo, ma forse in Giappone ci siete abituati! Ho visitato il Giappone, adoro la cucina giapponese e la fioritura dei ciliegi! Ciao dall’Italia!

To be honest: for me it´s the 95% perfect micro apartment
I would exchange the chair for one with a backrest, but that´s all
Maybe Usui don´t like the color of the wood used at the furniture or is missing a bathtube?
To be honest the furniture isn´t 100% consistent concerning style/color, but that´s the only slight point of critism from my perspective
