He's got a very well pitched gargleing nails in the throat kind of voice in this that seems to come out with very little strain. He might sound good because Billy wouldn't play with him if he was loaded and it looks like a bridge school benefit (Neil Youngs fundraiser for a school for kids with cerebral palsy and Neil Youngs son has it so this would be a pretty fucked up gig to show up loaded that would be awful... haha. I don't mean that in a demeaning way to the kids. That would just be so fucked omg)
