Excellent video paisano. Perfecto. Lucky I found the video made by my Mexican brothers. Always the best. I subscribed to your channel as well and this video was the first one to pull up on Google when I searched “how to put stickers on a trailer” so great job with the seo.
Any idea why I get a wrinkle in the vinyl when I use the heat gun over rivets? I leave the vents but a wrinkle appears over and under the rivet when I go over it with the roller and heat
Hello! We have used water (90%water, 10 rubbing alcohol and a couple drops of dish soap) with our transfers. Honestly we wouldn’t do wet application over rivets.
We have used oracal 651 on rivets but you need a heat gun since it is not as stretchy as 751 however oracal 751 would be more recommended for rivets however keep in mind that depending on where you get your supplies 751 is more expensive so make sure customer knows you will use a special vinyl that will last longer I mean you can give them the option
@@RDIdecals oh okay so if I use oracle 651 with a torch or heat gun and a rollepro I should be good right ? It’s for my own trucks, that’s why I was wondering if I have to buy the 751 because I already have a lot of 651 material, so your advice would just be to use my 651 I already have right ?
@@RDIdecals I was able to cut about 15 signs after I wrote the comment at basically the same settings. I have a CE7000-40 (the 15") and this 751 was a bit easier to cut than the 651. For some odd reason 651 has been annoying lately. The corners don't seem to cut well and when I put more force the viny wants to stick to the backing a lot. Thank you though! Ustedes son un equipo excelente y en realidad nos han inspirado a todos mucho.
Hello! Oracal 651 vinyl is used mainly for flat surfaces and it can be used on glass, metal, plastic ( outdoor ). Oracal 751 is better for curved surfaces and rivets and it lasts a little longer but is more expensive and it can be used just like the Oracal 651.
Very Nice! I see your from Indianapolis as well. I just ordered a sticker online for myself to install. But might need more in the future. How can i get incontact with you?
Hello! It could cost around 500 - 600+. We can give you an exact estimate once we take a look at the logo and trailer. You can send us more info for a free estimate if you’d like at: info@stickeraficionados .com

Hello Nero! Thanks a lot for supporting our channel 🙏
751 gives you a longer life and works on curves add over rivets for rivets a little heat and a Rollie pro
Hello Dan! Thanks a lot for the tip, it makes it a lot easier working with the right materials 😀.
Les ha quedado chevere el trabajo

Love your videos! Can I use water with the tour of transfer tape you guys use? Also, if I use water, will the heat gun over rivets method work?

Ok. Thanks for responding
Great video! Which transfer paper did you use?
Hello! We used RTape ClearChoice AT75.1 but for delicate surfaces we use RTape ClearChoice AT60
Can oracle 651 be used over rivets ? If you already have a big supply of vinyl, or should I buy 751?

@@gustavomarin6535 yes you can still do it with 651 but you will struggle a little more but using the torch or heat gun will help you
@@RDIdecals perfect, thank you!
What settings did you use to cut this with the Graphtec?
For medium used blade we cut oracal 651 at cut force14 offset 0 and when brand new cut force 9

Why do you choose 751 vs 651? I’m curious.
