My panels have 1" bleed with 1" overlap. Panels are 52"wide. I make 51" marks from the edge of the truck side, top and bottom. I also make 1" marks on the top of the panels. I align Panel to the top 1" marks and check 51" top and bottom marks. If everything align perfectly then I'm ready to apply first panel. I also make 1" mark on next panel (top right) that way all panels are aligned perfectly.
Next time you might want to try pointing the camera at an angle so we can see your hands and the surface. Hard to see your technique when all I can see is your back.
