If there's a preexisting decal will it show through a plain white Oracal Series 3551GRA with 290G laminate with printed Series 5600 reflective film?
you will see the decals outline through the vinyl. You may also see some faint print through it also depending on the vinyl
We don't recommend applying over top of an existing decal. Best practice is to remove the old decal and clean the surface thoroughly.

WHY would you put vinyl OVER Vinyl???? You print it onto the original substrate. Seems like way to much extra work, cost and labour
