Oh this is the Feather sofa, I got a few months ago I was gonna get a new set of covers with a different color. I had now issues just a few weeks to arrived.
I got this couch a year ago, and it still looking beautiful.

Well I got mine like 8 months ago I had to ask for extra filling and then it was super great, I don´t know if it´s because I wash the covers a lot I have 3 dogs. but i just love how it looks in my living.

Everyone who sits on my couch hates how low it is. I’m adding legs.
I think Valouy is from Hawai i got a sofa last year from them. The sofa is comfortable, and delivery was on time. Overall, a solid experience.
They have showrooms in Hawaii, LA, and Las Vegas.

I have the same couch and the same issue with the fabric....the fluffyness disapates over time on the longer pieces but I feel like you can add stuffing to maintain it...will also be adding higher legs
Did you ask for extra filling? I asked them for more filling and it gave new life to couch
I've had mine for over a year and the foam is still in good condition. But yeah extra filling is the way to go.
You'll have to fluff it regularly so it won't get lumpy. It's just how feathers work.

When you ordered your couch, did it state on the website that it was in stock and ready to ship, and it took a few weeks? Trying to gauge how long to expect it to take, since it said it was ready to ship in 2-5 days.
That's usually the case when you order.
It’s normal for down couches to shed some feathers after removing the covers for the pillows and couch cushions. My parents gave one that is the 5 figures and it’s all down and it sheds like crazy

I'm sorry. I'm a little confused about the texture changing section because the piece of fabric you showed is a different color than the couch. So is that piece from the couch or from something else?
Yeah no problem! I explained it better in my first review video: ruclips.net/video/0-1qLwylrOE/видео.html the couch comes with 2 pillows that are yellow ( I know random) but they’re in the same fabric as the couch

How do you properly wash the cover?
Avoid using bleach and dryer. Just use cold water.
Wash them in cold water and don't use the dryer.
And avoid using the dryer so they don't shrink.

They do! I'm from Nevada and went to their showroom in 400 S Rampart Blvd Suite 120.
Hold up. The reviewer doesn't mention what the manufacturer recommends for cleaning the covers. I'm disappointment because this subject is very important because these are 30% linen-based covers, therefore you have to be REALLY CAREFUL how you clean these. You CANNOT put these covers in a drying machine or they'll wrinkle like in the video. It sounds like the reviewer did not follow the recommended cleaning guidelines because she even said "I don't know if my settings were wrong on my washer or DRYER". I went to a local Valyou store recently and I asked them what the most common issues were with the couch and they said "People not following the recommended cleaning instructions and drying the covers".
Also regret this purchase. Great review but here is my experience with normal use in 6 months the frame underneath my sofa broke (I looked and it was basically precracked before recieved it and the wood was very poorly put together. The entire couch is held together by staples. I am not lying look underneath and you will see,) and I thought that was under warranty but they denied any type of fixes. The warranty clause states that they can refuse any repair they want to with no explanation. It literally says that. Even if the couch is nice, I wouldn't purchase anything from them ever again because of that business model. Hopefully people don't make the same mistake as others.
Maybe the precrack was caused by the delivery company? When I got mine, I made sure to check all angles if they're in perfect condition.
I've had this sofa for over a year and still in great condition.
@@CarolCrawford2 I ended repairing the couch myself . I cut some wood and used wood screws for a more secure seat. Other than that theres nothing wrong. I just didnt like the price and infd out they're stapled.
