I ordered mine in early June. They said they could deliver it by June 29. It’s end of September and they still don’t have it in stock. So why did you allow people to order if you can’t fulfill the orders? Every month I check in, they tell me they didn’t get the shipments yet and keep giving me a date one month later. After I check in a month later, they again give me a date a month later. I’m tired of waiting and i don’t think it’s worth waiting for it anymore. I don’t care how nice it feels, I just don’t think they deserve my business anymore for being untruthful just to get peoples businesses. Also seeing some of the comments, looks like the color and fabric texture isn’t even the same anymore. So I think I will fight to cancel this.
Baby I ordered my Mario capasa feathers room set January 23rd of 2022 . I just received a call today they will be calling me back July 5th to schedule the delivery day good thing is it’s been shipped and I now have tracking for it . It’s been a long wait can’t wait to see it and lay on it
Hey girl! Loved your video. Mine finally came in after ordering it in April 2022. And the fabric is completely different than what I thought! It’s rough in texture and not smooth like the reviews I’ve seen. I messaged customer service and they said they don’t offer that fabric anymore 😭
YES! I knew something was different. I ordered mine in May! I actually like the new fabric and how it appears to be a lighter color than the old fabric but that’s so wrong they haven’t advertised the change! All of the website photos still look like the old fabric.

After bringing it up to them, all the reviews and photos on their website of the product conveniently disappeared. Not to mention, 90% of the people that comment on their instagram page about how great the products are are fake accounts. Valyou is being so deceptive.
I don't think you have to paint the kitchen cabinet.....you can still integrate a white, black, and a little bit of gold in this space. Keep the dining room table, and get rid of the dining chairs. getting rid of the coffee table is optional, I feel like it still works in that space....maybe get a different rug underneath it before making your choice. The side tables also work but if you wanted a different shape or look....I would say changing them is optional as well.

I have this sofa. The single cushions are comfortable but the chaise part wears out after 1 month, to the point fluffing doesn’t do any justice. The filling on the chaise doesn’t fluff out. Also too short (seat depth wise) and way too low

I love in New Jersey and would not be there much as my house are built. I am single female and need all the advice I can get.
I do not recommend this sectional AT ALL. The seats are very low and uncomfortable. No one in my family wanted to sit on that couch. I purchased two separate sets of legs to replace the original ones, in an attempt to make the couch usable. The problem is that the frame construction is so poor and the wood is so flimsy that neither of the leg sets worked because the frame crumbles when we try to attach the legs. Last Tuesday I pushed the sectional to the curb, for garbage collection. My suggestion: if you still can, cancel your order, get your money back and buy something of better quality.
I’m aware that the company is based in Hawaii, I live in Los Angeles, so I’m hoping shipping won’t take as long. Is the estimated delivery fairly accurate?
My shipping took about 4 months. I ordered in March and just got it now in July. My estimated delivery date was June 28th but I didn’t receive it until July 18th so they were a month later than expected but I say it’s worth it unless you’re in dire need of a couch asap lol

I read that there warehouse is in Vegas so I'm assuming it will only take a few days to get to me. I'm 6'-4" though and from what I'm reading in the comments and what you've said, this may not be a good option for me. I don't mind getting up from a low position though. I was actually thinking of just doing my living room japanese or middle eastern style with floor mats. You lose your ability to squat if you don't do it often.
Valyou Furniture is withholding more than $1,700 from me that for weeks now it promised to return after purchasing a Feathers Sectional. Do not do business with this company.

Yup, same here. Not a fan of the rough texture and the color that looks more white than beige. Bummer!

I think you should keep the cabinets as they are. Maybe change the dining room chairs but that’s it.

If it's too low for you, you can actually add height by ordering legs from their site.
I just bought this 3 months ago and I love the feathers. The height is ok for us.

I just got the sectional about 3 months ago and totally satisfied with it.
Mine took a while to arrive but happy with the overall look and quality.
