This was such a good review! I’m still waiting on my couch. I ordered in May and my couch has been sitting in a warehouse in my city for two weeks. The delivery company said they can’t release it for delivery due to an issue on Valyou’s end. We’ll see if I ever get it 🫠
Also confused by the fabric change that they never advertised! The original couch is definitely more beige and non-textured than the couch I’ve been seeing people get. I originally did want a white couch so I don’t mind but that’s so wrong that they changed it and said nothing about it!
Aww! Thanks love! I’m glad that you enjoyed the review! I tried to be as thorough as possible. However you bring up a valid point about the fabric. I wasn’t aware of the fabric change honestly until I made comparison of the feathers sectional I saw on TikTok compared to what I got. Definitely a different fabric! And you’re absolutely right! It was not mentioned anywhere on the site about the fabric being changed… again another area they dropped the ball on. But I’m sure you will get your couch! They aren’t scammers lol just not so good communicators lol. Thank you for you’re honest comment! Love that! 💛💛💛
I ordered in May as well and literally just got mine today. My initial delivery date was scheduled for the end of June. I will say the delivery men were super acomodating and went above and beyond. I'm not sure if this is related to your issue with your sectional being held in a warehouse. However, when I needed to reschedule my delivery date I was told by customer service that they had to push my date past the date I requested because they had no other deliveries scheduled for my area. Oddly enough, I live in upstate NY and saw on the delivery tracker that the delivery men had made a delivery in Pennsylvania before delivering mine.

Valyou Furniture is withholding more than $1,700 from me that for weeks now it promised to return after purchasing a Feathers Sectional. Do not do business with this company.

I got a sofa from them and I´m absolutely thrilled with my purchase. The sofa is comfortable, and the delivery was on time.
I’ve got the same sofa but I live near their stores. Even I was trying to pickup the sofa with no delivery, they still took about a week. Their warehouse looks super backed-up so I don’t think they were expecting or ready to handle so many people buying this sofa after it went viral. All that said, I love the sofa but their buying experience definitely leaves something to be desired.. You’re crazy generous with your rating because I don’t think I’d be so nice about waiting for the unknown like you. Great review!
Carson! Thats crazy that they even took forever for an in-store pickup! And yes, I totally agree that they weren't prepared for all the orders after their couch went viral. They really need to step up up their customer service and purchasing experience. lol I thought my rating was pretty accurate but I assuming you would have gave them something a lot lower lol. I’ve heard reviewers say their came in a month. But I definitely do understand the hesitation! I’d say keeping looking but if you’re really still stuck on this couch get it! Because it’s actually really nice and super comfy ! 💛💛💛 I subbed too! Love your content beautiful !
The same thing happened to me with my feathers sectional. I ordered it February 2nd and it came YESTERDAY. Also I received the same fabric as you did which is not the one pictured. I don’t know how well it will wear. I contacted them to see if I can get a replacement cover since it is not the fabric I was expecting. We will see!

Great review! I love the fabric of your couch. Did you have to request or it just came with that fabric? The option on the website looks like a microsuede and I don’t like it. I would prefer what you have…it looks high end and beautiful!
Thank you so much💛! The fabric that I received didn't look anything like what was in the picture. when I received the couch I was surprised at the type of fabric it was. I Don't think they updated the photos to match what they actually sent. I didn't make any special selection to the fabric. I just selected the beige option that they had.

Literally the worst experience I had with a couch. Should've watched this video before I purchased. I still never got my couch and they are refusing to refund the money.

I ordered the sectional last November and it arrived this week. I think their shipping is better now.
Beware, if you purchase from Valyou Furniture and have buyers remorse, only a store credit can be issued.
Thank you so much for stating that! I also know they give you 14 days, from the time they deliver, to decide whether you want to get a refund or not. This is good to know tho if someone doesn’t want it after a month or so 💛

Of course love! My unit is so old, like prewar era that the floor plans are nonexistent, however, I did measure my place just for you lol. My living room is 12ft x 18ft and I bought the 110in sectional which is 9ft. I hope this helps 💜

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a sofa for over $2k, waited 10 months and asked for refund. They have been ignoring me ever since. BUYERS BEWARE!

Surprisingly, my couch came in earlier than expected. I was expecting it for like 4-6 months and it came in a month! I think the delay issue is now being taken care of.
I just received my sofa last month and had no issues like this. I think most of these issues are from a year ago.
