Sculptra for the cheekbones is great. I think it helps keep cheeks lifted which helps slow down face sagging and jowls. Thank you for the informative video!
Im 3 mos into the Sculptra time period. Im 66 and still do not want a face lift. I have just now , 12 weeks, noticed a definite great result....no more nasal labial folds, marionette lines are greatly diminished and the creases in my cheeks are a lot less noticeable. Im super pleased after only one application.
Is your result after only one injection? Or did you have multiple injections as a series? I'm your age and only want to address minor jowling and faint marionette lines, but they really, really bug me. It was my understanding that Sculptra in the cheek area would "lift and tighten" the face to some extent to improve the appearance of jowls and marionette lines. Did you have that kind of result? Thank you!
I am 76 and had some volume loss after having surgery done in January 2020, where I ended up losing weight, both in my body and my face! I am naturally petite and thin, and did not look good with the weight loss in my face. I had Sculptra done in January of 2021 and ended up having four treatments. The result was great! Now I do not have that gaunt look in my cheeks and my skin has a glow as well. I have been doing hyaluronic fillers since I was in my mid 50's. I reserve those for lip lines and the nasolabial folds and I will continue to do those for upkeep. I've always had a dermatologist or plastic surgeon that I trust to do any of these treatments and they have always been very natural. With the exception of my husband, no one ever really notices😊
Another video full of great info, Dr. Dray. Can you do a video showing benefits of patient's own fat transfer? Pros vs cons? And a video on how HRT affects skin barrier?
DrAmirKaram has some videos. I think Dr. Anil Rajani also has some on fat transfer. Have you seen her video, how to prevent thinning skin? She does talk a little about HRT. She also has that video on Emepelle.
I just had my second time of injections last week so I will have them once more. So far I have already seen small improvements and I am very happy with them. I am very happy I have been able to get Sculptra!
Hi. I love Sculptra! At 61 I started using Restalyn in my mid 50's. Chin, smile lines and my under eye area. My injector has Angel hands! I have never had any issues nor any puffy looks. My injector asked me if I would like to try Sculptra. Yes!!! I have not looked back. I was treated with only 1 treatment per year spaced at every 2 years. I really don't need the Restalyn anymore. The Sculpture gives me a very natural look overall. No one has ever asked me if I have had anything done! I think the main factor is above and beyond the product. The injector has to know which products you need, how to use them and how much to use. That's so important! The massages after Sculptra sound much more dramatic then they are. They feel really good and the 5 days go by really fast as time does anyway. Even 5 minutes 5 times a day goes by fast. It's worth the long lasting results.( 2 years!) I hope this helps someone. Thank you! You are sooooo appreciated!
I had Sculptra 2 years ago when I was 49 and I definitely like the results overall. I’m now thinking it’s time to go back for more and it’s been 2 years since last treatment. I was quite surprised at how sore I was around my jaw. It was difficult to massage 5 times a day for 5 minutes when it’s so sore. I think the soreness lasted at least a week. Other than that, I’m happy with Sculptra. No nodule formation at all.
I had a series of Sculptra injections done 4 years ago at age 63. I wound up with a small, barely visible nodule in my temple area, but overall it definitely added volume where I wanted it and smoothed everything out. Plus, my skin did take on a nice "glow"! It lasted a good 3 years and looked great, but I wouldn't do it again because (1) it's expensive, (2) it hurt while getting it, and (3) I don't have the funds anymore and am trying not to use my credit cards. Now I just now follow good skincare routines, and have fun playing with my makeup to try and hide my "perceived imperfections".
Warning, I had one injection of Sculptra one year ago. I didn't have any nodule development but It made my face look permanently swollen. I look like I gained weight and when I smile my face looks like a blow fish (slight exaggeration). The worse thing I have ever done to my face. I have always had a fat face not because of weight gain but genetics. It has always made me look younger than I am but not necessarily more beautiful and that is where the problem lies with all these people getting injections as they age. Adding weight to you face doesn't necessarily make you look better or younger. Actually a thinner face is considered more appealing. Filling in were there are hollows can help but Sculptra was developed to add volume to the cheeks...yuck. I wish someone would have told me this. I thought I has using something that was more natural and would grow collagen overtime. Looking fat and bloated in my face is the last thing a women in her 50s wants.
I had a ‘permanent’ filler (can’t remember which brand) injected into my chin by a highly regarded facial plastic surgeon in my city. I had a very weak chin and it negatively impacted my self esteem. It was the best decision I ever made!
Hello Dr Dray, Iwas wondering if perhaps you have a video about Radiesse. I think it would be interesting to learn how it differs from Sculptra. Thank you
That was the most straightforward explanation of Sculptra I have seen, thank you. I am seeking to make my cheekbones seem higher like they were in my youth and after reading some of these comments, it seems as if it would make my face look rounder so now I'm thinking Radiesse may be the way to go (which I saw on your chart) but I'm confused about that option too. But I know that's irreversible too so I'm taking my time deciding on that route.
Hi Dr Dray, could you please make a video about radiofrequency microneedling? I've heard so many contradicting opinions about that. Some people say it melts down your face fat. But then, my esthetician says it all depends on the settings - you use different settings to melt down the fat and slim your belly, and different settings to tighten your skin on the face. But then again, I saw a video where this youtuber said we shouldn't trust claims made by the companies that sell those technologies, because those treatments that are supposed to be minimally invasive are much more invasive than we think. For example, she thinks Renée Zellweger may have had Thermage or Ultherapy and it cost her her face fat. I know, these are different modalities, but it got me thinking - what if my esthetician offers radiofrequency microneedling in good faith, because she trusts the company that she got her machine from, but this machine does in fact melt your face fat? Maybe it does tighten the skin, but at the same time, it melts the fat, so the overall result is good in younger clients, but not that in those older ones? Please make a video about that.
You are correct - ultheraphy can be problematic. It did cause some fat lost for me. Morpheus 8 was great for my laugh lines but not good for my hyperpigmentation. I say light peels and micro needling are less problematic and worth it. You have to weigh the pros and cons and the risks of course.
With RF and Ultherapy you are playing Russian roulette with your face. The fact is despite what the manufacturer claims these modalities are completely unpredictable. Just go read all the horrific reviews on RealSelf. You’re better off sticking to microneedling with PRP and TCA peels or actual surgery.
I am 58 yo and I have been HIV+ for almost 40 years. I've used Sculptra many times. It has worked very well. Sometimes too well. I sometimes looked chipmunkish. Overall I recommend it. My insurance company has stopped paying for it. I'm in the SF area.
I had Bio Alcamid permanent filler injected in my cheeks 17-18 years ago. It was a nightmare from the start. I developed what I can only describe as hard "balls" of filler in each cheek, which looked ridiculous and unnatural. I became very depressed and stopped going out. Fortunately, I ended up having most of it removed 13 years ago, but there are still residual amounts left in my face. I wish I had gone for sculptra instead, but I was one of those impatient people who wanted immediate results 🤦♀️
This issue exists with Sculptra, look up granulomas. I was tempted by Sculptra but now I think I will wait for years before trying it as I am wary of potential long term side effects.
I just received my first treatment after many years of fillers. I am 64 and found that fillers weren’t lasting very long anymore. A year from now I am planning a neck and lower facelift and just got my upper eyelids done. I’m very confident in my two Doctors. One is very experienced with this product while the other is the surgeon and filler expert. I have two sets of eyes on my face which I really like plus an RN who does lasers and a facialist. I received sculptra in temples, chin and area between jaw and cheek and just a little to balance out nose to lip. This office has a less is more philosophy so I feel like I look refreshed but not overfilled. I’m thin and angular so it is important to me to embrace that and not overdue It. I hope I have a good result!
My understanding is that hyaluronic acid filler also stimulates the body to produce collagen by surrounding the filler with scar tissue as a foreign body response. Is there a distinction between how hylaronic acid vs. Sculptra stimulate collagen?
I had Sculptra and wasn’t crazy about the results compared to Juvederm or Restylane. Those products are more targeted whereas sculptra made my face almost rounder and less sculpted if that makes sense. I will be sticking with hyaluronic fillers and Botox.
What scares me are the studies that proven filler will cost bone absorption caused by the pressing (similar), sculptra sounds a lot more natural and don’t move around
I had my injector tell me that she has clients that have done Sculptra for so many years that now they have so much scar tissue she can barely get a needle in their face.
I have had four vials of Sculptra in my face and I am ecstatic over the results. You have to be patient and I am one year out now and my face is fuller and smoother and glowing. It is the best thing out there. I went to a plastic surgeon as I am more comfortable with someone who knows more about the face. She is a great surgeon. No nodules if injected by someone who knows what they are doing.
Thank you so much for sharing your amazing results with SCULPTRA injections. I cannot give enough importance to the experience of the specialist doing the procedure. They must be experienced and very knowledgeable of the facial structure, like a « Cosmetic Artist ».
Hello Dr Dray, What do you think about the risks ? I have heard about terrible side effects of sculptra, granulomas. The people who experience it seem to be disfigured for years and left to deal with the issue.
I’m a huge fan of sculptra…..I will not ever stop ….I’ve been doing these treatments for quite awhile….beautiful results…..I also have it place a bit higher up close to under eye…..so it helps any loose skin and fat lose under eye…I can’t rave enough
My plastic surgeon says sculptra is better than filler if you have global volume loss, meaning your whole face is gaunt, either from age or weight loss.
But doesn't that depend on what you're looking to correct? A facelift alone isn't going to give the face volume or increase your own collagen production, which is why a lot of surgeons do fat grafting with facelifts (which will significantly drive up the total cost of surgery). Sculptra sounds like something that'd be great for someone who doesn't yet have a lot of sagging but have lost some of their facial fat with age. There are also people who simply aren't good candidates for surgery and will only ever be able to do the minimally invasive treatments.
I have a great doctor. He doesn't do surgeries, all his procedures are done in the office. I love the Sculptra he used. He was very thorough about explaining it all to me. I'm very satisfied with him and my results. It's not expensive when you compare it to a facelift and other surgical procedures.
Dear Dr Dray Thank you for posting highly relevant videos day after day, week after week! I am really grateful for the way you educate us! I have a question about sculptra vs tretinoin: do tretinoin work as a bio stimulator on collagen production in the same way that sculptra does? In other words: do I get the same results using tretinoin consistantly as I would get from a treatment with sculptra? Again - thank you for all your hard work and for sharing your knowledge with us!
My previous plastic surgeon refused to do any filler other than HA fillers on face, same is the case with an amazing RN I go to, they say they're irreversible and may cause serious aesthetic issues.
Curious about a comparison between Sculptra versus PRP/PRF treatments since they are both more on the "natural" side of injectables that use the body's own restorative processes to deliver the "final product"
PRF doesn't add much volume, but it does thicken the eyelid skin nicely and therefore makes hollows look less pronounced. I did 4 rounds and I like the result. I've tried PRP in the past , it is not as good.
I spent years competing in endurance sports (running and cycling), and my face had a very sunken and skeletal look to it. I noticed when I gained 10 pounds during winter I looked a lot better in my face, but I'd lose that weight as I got more active in warmer months and the face looked worse. So at 39 I tried sculptra, and am very happy that my face now shows less hollows, less smile lines, less wrinkles, just a more robust and healthy appearance. It was a slow/gradual process though, and I got my injections spread out every 4-6 months. I was told I may need an occasional top-off every year or two. But I'm glad to have this more natural approach rather than some foreign filler that just stays there until it goes away. No lumps/bumps and very natural looking.
I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about Sculptra - it scares me. Nightmare tales of nodules, granuloma and auto immune disorders developing months later.
Unfortunately lots of people do not go to proper places , they choose cheap places . There are even countries where nurse can inject fillers . Horrible
I’m 65 and completed my 3 treatments about 2 months ago and am already seeing great results. My injector said to expect the full results in another 4-5 months. Then follow up with one treatment every year to keep up the results. I did the math and for me, even though it’s expensive at the beginning, it’s cheaper than regular filler in the long run when you consider you only need one vial per year after the first year. My vials were $655.
I use Sculptra, have had 3 treatments 6 vials total, 2 per treatment. It did a nice job on my cheeks and jaw, but my temples are still a little to hollow. Will be getting 1 more vial this month just on my temples. Hoping it does the trick. The most annoying thing for me was the massaging, great arm workout though! 💪 I am a 47 year old athlete, very lean. I feel I could use a bit more in my buccal fat area, but my surgeon doesn't agree, he thinks I'm to hard on myself! 🙄 so just temples. I do look very natural and you can still see my cheekbones. I just look a bit healthier. Younger? I don't think so, just healthier.😉
@@amygalvin1799 I will be on vial 7 at the end of this month. It has helped, my temples were worse I do notice it when I look at before photos, but still noticeably hollow. Fingers 🤞.
I have a genetic disorder that causes me to not make collagen properly, Ehlers-Danlos. I've done a round of botox and am now considering having a tiny amount of filler in my lips just to get rid of the "smokers lines" around them. I'm assuming I should avoid Sculptra since I have faulty collagen? I'll definitely discuss it further with my doc but I feel like it could have bad/unexpected outcomes.
I’d love to know what your doc says as I have ED too. I had sculptors injections in my upper cheek but didn’t have follow up injections so I never saw any definite results. I can say I did not have any negative effects.
New to your channel Dr. Dray and I want to thank you for an educational and informative video. Very good information to know when trying to make a decision. I just hate it doesn't work well for seniors.
I had a VERY robust response to sculptra! This made my once high, prominent cheekbones A LOT more round and I now look like I've gained 20 pounds! Sculptra changed my face shape and not for the better. My face is wider and fuller. I had it placed in the temples and along the cheeks. I feel that my midface is heavier too and wonder if it migrated there? It does have a firming effect, but it really threw off my entire face and I do not feel I look good anymore. I am trying to see what can be done to restore some balance. It is a bit distressing because there is no way to reverse this at all. For reference, I am 49. I now feel I need to do other things to balance my face and that is costing MORE money! Sculptra is not predictable and injectors should warn that there could be unexpected results.
Hi! From what I understand, Kybella and Cryoskin facials can basically melt the fat/bulkiness in the face...Kybella actually dissolves fat pads completely and cryoskin (basically fat-freezing/radio-frequency) can not only tighten the skin but reduce volume as well...they are both semi-expensive with Kybella being about $1,300-$2,000 depending on where you live and cryoskin usually about $300 per facial but they may be something to look into! Just a thought! Stay happy and well! 😊
Anything with radio frequency technology will melt some of the felt and also fillers in your cheek. I’m guessing you had a bad injector. It’s always important to consider the patients facial structure to not fill in areas that might lead to undesired results. I like radiesse because it stays in place and feels like bone until if dissolves. During that time new collagen is build in that area. It stays there forever until it’s broken down by the body or treatments. At least that is my experience. My face is still altered but the fillers are long gone. The initial lift and tightness that is. It’s been months. I feel likes sculptra is harder to inject because it doesn’t lift. So you kinda have to guess where you put it. And due to it being a fluid not a thicker substance it might actually migrate more than other fillers.
@@chrisking6695 I had Morpheus done and it really deflated me by 5 years I cannot believe it. I ended up getting 10 syringes of filler after to just restore what I had and I am still no where near as full. Do you think time will put back some volume and firmness? I’m only 34 and both parents have good firm full skin, so did I
I just had sculptra yesterday with PRF under my eyes and added HA to the Sculptra to give my face a volume instant look Guys..spent lots of money on filler and everything became metabolized too quickly and unevenly. I had volume loss at the lower part of my cheeks. So I had lots of filler in my upper cheek nothing in my lower cheek. I looked terrible and it actually made me look older. I believe Sculptra is the way to go for volume overall as you age.
Thanks for this-I thought about getting Sculptra but I’m on an oral chemo drug I am in remission from OC but my doctor wants me to remain on this because I have both BRCA mutations and am at a higher risk for other cancers including breast.. so weighing the pros and cons, I feel that this wouldn’t be a good option for me since my immune system is suppressed. I have had filler in my face, several years ago, following extreme weight loss after my cancer treatments and did like it.. it’s all very expensive so I try to wait for ‘specials’
My mom has BC and has had fillers with great results even during her medication, hope you can talk to your doctor about it,it's important to feel good about one's own appearance specially while fighting C. Best wishes from Spain 🇪🇸
@@mrodriguez5079 I agree- I am trying to decide on when to get some filler again in my cheeks- since I have a smaller face, I try to be conservative with the amount and don’t like to use over one or two syringes.
This is so helpful. Thank you! Also- it is nice to know the other names of the PLLA injectables, since not everyone uses Sculptra. It can be hard to find a provider. Now I know! Thanks again!
Always appreciate your videos and information, Dr. Dray. After doing some research, I had my first Sculptra treatment a week ago. Still quite bruised but excited to see results in the coming weeks.
I am 57 years old. I have zero complaints about my Sculptra experience. It has been 100% positive. I am a registered nurse it gave me a natural look not the puffy filler look. I am so happy with the results and I’ve always been trying to get my skin to glow I can’t believe the results this is what I will continue to do
Question: Why is filler so expensive? It’s ridiculously expensive. Unaffordable for many people if they plan on getting it once or twice a year. I’m 25 and I’m not broke. But I don’t have an extra $4000 a year for lip filler. Could I save the money? Yes. But why? I have bills to pay, dogs to feed and I need new clothes at some point. It should be more affordable. Especially because you need to keep getting it at minimum twice a year to keep your results.
i have multiple syringes of Bellafill in my jawline, chin, cheekbones, and tech-neck lines!! best decision ive ever made!! never been more confident! very natural and not ‘puffy’ looking like other fillers i see. no cons yet and have had for 4+ years
My dermatologist office will only use it to fill in acne pock marks. He’s a plastic surgeon and his wife is a derm who also injects. I trust their judgement. Permanent is permanent.
I got 3 vials of sculptura this year. I just turned 40 in Sep, I love the result it’s giving me. It makes me become younger gradually without changing dramatically. I can see the result in my selfie obviously and will definitely go back later. I don’t recommend everyone strongly because it’s based on each person condition and need. A good and honest provider is hard to find, so do your homework and stand firmly on what you really need.
Thanks for this video Dr. Dray! A month ago, I had my second Sculptra session in my cheekbone area. I'm 54, and skin is definitely losing volume! Here's my experience both times: Bad bruising, and soreness that makes massaging a miserable five minutes 5x per day! And it is very expensive! However, I am starting to see results, which I hope will continue without a third session. Skin is starting to look and feel plumper. I'm doing other things in tandom, like collagen powder, and all the topicals that promote collagen. After menopause, women lose a depressing amount of collagen, and Sculptra can counter that! Is there any chance it might get more affordable?
Yes I also had lots a bruising and swelling. Very expensive! I'm doing microneedling as well trying to keep as much collagen as I can. The massaging is soo brutal! Not looking forward to that for a 4th time! At least only temples this time rather than my entire face. Good luck with your treatment sure it will look beautiful. 😊
The cynic in me says that as long as doctors can get away with charging a lot of money for procedures that they know people want, the price will stay high.
Have you considered radio frequency like Ultherapy for example for collagen producing? I’m wondering if you did and have chosen Sculptra over it. Thank you!
@@monicastraub3372 I'm not brave enough to do Sculptra on the temples! And, yes, I am going to have microneedling soon, too! A full-on assault might make some difference!
@@Miechonlada Honestly, I choose Sculptra because my doctor recommended it for a specific area. But I would definitely consider Ultherapy to tighten the sagging skin under the chin! I would think that Sculptra and Ultherapy complement each other.
I have had 2 rounds of Sculptra.I am 57 years old- and was initially looking to add fullness. The first few days are great because the swelling. I will probably do one more round, my injector has me wait ten weeks in between
I had sculptra 3 ish years ago in my temples only . I did just the first round and didn’t go back because I got a nodule. It was back by my hairline and eventually I was able to make it go away by massaging it many times a day. After probably a year. I know they changed the formulation now. But, I would never risk having that injected anywhere the nodules could be noticeable. Maybe a few years down the road. Why not use the other long acting fillers ? Just that feeling of what if these lumps never go away because I had this filler, it was so scary. There’s terrible pictures of a Sculptra nodules online . I just don’t trust it.
Hey dr dray long time subscriber I was wondering if you can do a video on dawn dish soap and why and if it’s toxic to humans. I know it contains methohy….the long word that links to skin irritation but is it cancerous?
Yes, a video on Dawn dish soap sounds interesting. My husband was dealing with fungus on his big toes (the one that thickens and turns the nail yellow with vertical lines) he decided to put Dawn soap every day after shower… not sure 🤔 where he got that idea 🤷🏻♀️.. in around 3-4 months his toe nails were and still are clear! Would love to hear Dr Dray’s input on the ingredients of the soap and or if it can affect us.
You never want anybody to say "oh my god you got filler" it should always look subtle ..my sculptra doc is an opthamologist..shes awesome knows what shes doing and uses cannulas not needles..No bruising ... massaging is no big deal ..really ? If you spend that money !!

The question is did you actually get sculptra or were you scammed? Or did you go to a bad injector?
Sorry to hear that. Did it get less by time?

I had a ‘permanent’ filler (can’t remember which brand) injected into my chin by a highly regarded facial plastic surgeon in my city. I had a very weak chin and it negatively impacted my self esteem. It was the best decision I ever made!

Hello Dr Dray,
Iwas wondering if perhaps you have a video about Radiesse.
@@elizabethwilk9615 when you said “not good” for your hyperpigmentation, did you mean it didn’t help or that it made it worse??

I am 58 yo and I have been HIV+ for almost 40 years. I've used Sculptra many times. It has worked very well. Sometimes too well. I sometimes looked chipmunkish. Overall I recommend it. My insurance company has stopped paying for it. I'm in the SF area.

@jjhall1963 does the effect of sculptra go away with time to baseline (like whem you had the chipmunk look)?
I had Bio Alcamid permanent filler injected in my cheeks 17-18 years ago. It was a nightmare from the start. I developed what I can only describe as hard "balls" of filler in each cheek, which looked ridiculous and unnatural. I became very depressed and stopped going out. Fortunately, I ended up having most of it removed 13 years ago, but there are still residual amounts left in my face. I wish I had gone for sculptra instead, but I was one of those impatient people who wanted immediate results 🤦♀️

I had Radiesse on my neck and love it. Can you do a video talking about it please 🥰
This brings up the question... What is a thread lift and what are the ups and downs of such procedures?
I’m thin and angular so it is important to me to embrace that and not overdue
It. I hope I have a good result!
How did you like the sculptra results? Have you had the lower facelift? Thanks for sharing your experience!
How many vials did you get?
My understanding is that hyaluronic acid filler also stimulates the body to produce collagen by surrounding the filler with scar tissue as a foreign body response. Is there a distinction between how hylaronic acid vs. Sculptra stimulate collagen?
Interesting question.
I had Sculptra and wasn’t crazy about the results compared to Juvederm or Restylane. Those products are more targeted whereas sculptra made my face almost rounder and less sculpted if that makes sense. I will be sticking with hyaluronic fillers and Botox.
That was my experience too! My face looks too round and ice lost the definition in my cheekbones.
@@kam0406 do you have an oval face or round face? Did you always had a lot of cheeks?
What scares me are the studies that proven filler will cost bone absorption caused by the pressing (similar), sculptra sounds a lot more natural and don’t move around

Loving the little bit of makeup on you Dr Dray! Look so pretty 😍
Hi,is having PRP injections to build collagen as effective as sculptra? Thank you.
No it isn’t scrulpta is more effective
I would like to hear you discuss the doughy appearance you mentioned from traditional filler... what causes it and how to avoid.
Glad to read this. I've had two vials already. Scheduled for 4 more over next 4 months. Hopi g for good results.

Thank you so much for sharing your amazing results with SCULPTRA injections. I cannot give enough importance to the experience of the specialist doing the procedure. They must be experienced and very knowledgeable of the facial structure, like a « Cosmetic Artist ».
Hello Dr Dray,
What do you think about the risks ? I have heard about terrible side effects of sculptra, granulomas. The people who experience it seem to be disfigured for years and left to deal with the issue.
@tomasdurangazale6235Can you elaborate on your experience a bit more?
I’m a huge fan of sculptra…..I will not ever stop ….I’ve been doing these treatments for quite awhile….beautiful results…..I also have it place a bit higher up close to under eye…..so it helps any loose skin and fat lose under eye…I can’t rave enough
Does it hurt? 😅
Thank you for the comparison- just what I needed to know!
My plastic surgeon says sculptra is better than filler if you have global volume loss, meaning your whole face is gaunt, either from age or weight loss.
too expensive. For 6.000 Eur can be fixed same problem with surgery face lift and with surgery results are more long lasting
Who is your Doctor? I want Scuptra done but I don’t know any Really Good MD.

Dear Dr Dray
Thank you for posting highly relevant videos day after day, week after week!
Hi Dr, do you still recommend SIO silicon patches and DRMTLY neck cream to smooth out neck wrinkles?
Wow pretty lipgloss color!!!! 🥰

Best treatment I’ve ever done!!
Thank you so much Dr Dray! Would you please talk about PDO lines?
Great!! How about radiesse? Great content as always !

Morning!
Great video thank you and some great responses too from people who've had sculptra.
I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about Sculptra - it scares me. Nightmare tales of nodules, granuloma and auto immune disorders developing months later.
Yep, if you type nodules and sculptra on RUclips. You see so many that gotta be surgically remove.
Unfortunately lots of people do not go to proper places , they choose cheap places .
There are even countries where nurse can inject fillers . Horrible
You really need a great injector who has plenty of experience!
Oooh, do a video on EZGel
I'm sceptical of the "natural" marketing excuses, but I've got something scheduled anyhow, lol
I will never have a needle in my face.. age is a privilege, and I feel very privileged! Watching video & 👍🏻
I had never heard of sculptra before, thanks Dr. Dray for that info!!
Thanks for a very informative video. Can it be used on the neck?
I’ve been hearing a lot about micro channeling lately. Is it effective, how long does it last, and is it worth it?
Dr. Rajani has videos on that
You mentioned Radiesse. Can you tell us how the two compare? It sounds like they are similar in that they both result in collagen production. 🤷🏻♀️
Does subcision need to be performed for acne scars (to release tethered scar tissue) before injecting sculptra?
Awesome question! I hope someone has an answer. I need this done💪
I am a 47 year old athlete, very lean.
I did not notice much difference in the temples either. However, I never followed up with extra in the temples.

I'm HEDS and I stick to PRF and HA fillers. Sculptra makes me nervous because our healing reaction is poor/slow in my experience...
New to your channel Dr. Dray and I want to thank you for an educational and informative video. Very good information to know when trying to make a decision. I just hate it doesn't work well for seniors.
Quite interesting! Thank you for another good video! See ya soon
Thank you too
I had a VERY robust response to sculptra!
Sorry to hear your experience and thank you for sharing. I'm definitely staying away from this treatment.
Hi Dr Andrea. Can you talk about pillowface and recent info about hyaluronic acid fillers staying in the system and blocking lymphatic nodes?
I just had sculptra yesterday with PRF under my eyes and added HA to the Sculptra to give my face a volume instant look Guys..spent lots of money on filler and everything became metabolized too quickly and unevenly. I had volume loss at the lower part of my cheeks. So I had lots of filler in my upper cheek nothing in my lower cheek. I looked terrible and it actually made me look older. I believe Sculptra is the way to go for volume overall as you age.

Thank you!
