Actually every legit doctor will warn you NOT to fill the nasolabial folds because very dangerous area due to all the arteries and how it can lead to blindness!!

Wow wow wow thank you for this! I went to a clinic the other day and they kept pushing juvederm on me for my under eyes. I kept hearing that it’s not the best for under the eye. When I brought up restilyne she got very weird with me and still said juvederm was better and I shouldn’t use restilyne. I’m SO HAPPY I saw this as now i KNOW she wasn’t right. A good injector is not going to push a product on you because I certain influencer likes it or because of any other reason. They’re going to be realistic with you about your expectations and your ability to achieve what you want and use the product you want. I’m so happy with the Restylane. Do you like the Juvéderm so far?
Fillers can go wrong even in the hands of the most seasoned board certified injectors. Please do your research people. Most dont realize that going blind from facial fillers is a very real and serious risk. All it takes is accidentally hitting an artery in the face (there are many and individual anatomy varies so there is no way of knowng 100% exact location) that carries blood back to the retina. Filler material occluding an artery or vein can cause irreversible blindness in one or both eyes. This is why I don’t understand why ultrasound guided filler injections arent mandatory. And why med-spas and aestheticians are allowed to inject things into people’s faces. Regulations should be so much stricter on fillers.
I work for allergen in the Natrelle (breast implants) and Tissue (Strattice and Alloderm) department, and was wanting to attend injection day tomorrow at the office ($100 per syringe! It’s amazing, juv, juv+, voluma, volbella, and vollure) but they don’t do cross training so I’m so so glad I found this video to teach me a bit more about my companies products :^)

I had Juvederm done on both sides of my mouth. They both turned black & blue bad. Where I didn’t want to go out. Still black & blue from 11/23/18. Using only 1 Syringe. She said my line was deep, but it wasn’t that deep. I was not happy with the results at all. Waste of my money! Also on 1 side a big lump, where she said this stuff didn’t do that. Be careful on what u do. If your not that bad, don’t do it. Just saying! Wish everyone luck!!!! ❤️

i am a licensed cosmetologist. Many women are now using the hyaluronic pen due to the excessive cost of needle injections by doctors. i see this as the course of the future. Do you do videos on this. I hope!

@@avalondreaming1433 I have this problem too. Filler can fix this, but what is most important about getting filler under the eyes is getting a really experienced person to do it. Look at Melania Trump. She has filler under her eyes, maybe too much.

The only thing I can afford is the procedure that works for me & affordable is Botox. I actually buy it through Groupon & I've been going to the same place for yrs. If I wanted something else I would have them do it.

I had juvederm injected for my under eye hollows and in some areas it was lumpy. It wasn't extremely noticeable so I decided to let it go away on it's own cause I read the hyalurodinase could destroy the natural HA. I thought it would go away within 6 to 9 months but it took several years before the lumpiness was gone.
I went to a vision correction center, the doctors there specialize in vision correction, cosmetic eyelid surgery and other cosmetic procedures involving fillers and botox . I had lasik eye surgery there in 2004 and was satisfied with the results, 14 years later I still have 20/20 vision. When I went back to have the filler injected to my hollows I thought the doctor was experienced with the procedure but it quickly became apparent he wasn't, another thing that might have affected the results is that he didn't have any Restylane which I had read was better for eye hollows. He only had juvederm and he said he would give me a cheaper price because he already had half a syringe that had been used.
Ive used retlyne and juvedeem multiple times and they don't last longer than 3 month in my lips...never 6. But they do last longer in my nasolabial folds

I’m probably going to get Restalyne Refine & Define around my chin/mouth/cheek area because I’ve lost a lot of volume there since having cancer several years ago. I don’t have lines around my lips - not a smoker- but have lost volume, for sure. The question I have is, all of this is expensive- even with ‘specials’ that my plastic surgeons office is having this month.. my neck also looks really aged- not with lines- the skin looks smooth but very boney- not sure if there’s anything that can be done for that or not. I also have big hollows under my large deep set eyes.. but am afraid of any complications in that area..I think that area actually makes me look the most tired and ‘haggard’

He already told you what was good for the cheeks, So if I were you I would go with his recommendation,because he says that it's 100% reversible ,why would you use anything else? So if it happens to not look natural you can do something about it, like take it out ,With others you can't do that

I just got the restylane silk filler under my eyes for the first time. I'm not great w needles so took a while for me to get anxiety down, which ended after, lol. I survived though, lol.

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance that is found within the body. It may be produced by bacteria and purified for use as injectable soft tissue filler in order to correct the appearance of facial wrinkles and creases, (nasolabial folds), Juvederm is bad after a while, causing subcutaneous lumps and causing allergic reactions in patients, Studies have shown that once injected,Revanesse does not break down as quickly asJuvederm. Generally speaking, Revanesse is also more easily molded and more natural feeling than other cosmetic fillers Restylane also causes severe swelling when placed under the skin and gives an unnatural appearance to those who use it. That's interesting because the hyaluronic acid filler lasts weeks not months for my lips. Juvederm lasts for a few months not a year unless u dont move your lips at all

There are so many people who would like to get injections, plastic surgery. Why does it have to be so expensive? Do you not know that if it was lower in price, more people would have things done and therefore that would translate to more money for the dermatologist, cosmetic surgeons, plastic surgeons?

Dr. Youn, I had Juvederm injected on NLF, around my mouth & ML yesterday. Today I'm bruising up on the ML area & growing. Also while I cannot see lumps, I can definitely Feel them Everywhere the product was placed. Is this Normal, will these lumps disappear ?? Thank you so much 💗

That's interesting because the hyaluronic acid filler lasts weeks not months for my lips. Juvederm lasts for a few months not a year unless u dont move your lips at all
