- Paneer pakora is very famous snacks in India. Pakora is everyone’s favourite. It is made with marinating paneer dipped with spicy batter and deep fried. Here I am presenting the step by step photos to make delicious and crispy paneer pakora in air fryer.
This is the first authentic pakoda video i have seen on you tube otherwise a lot of people just put timings 10 minutes and never tell the viewers to cook the other side too. ❤❤thankyou for being authentic.❤❤❤

Please let me know..doesn't the wet batter splatter all over on the inside cavity? My airfryer manual recommends not to use wet batter as it will get very messy..also parchment paper or foil is not recommended..at the same time your pakoras have come out very nice I have to admit.. please guide.. thanks.
If you are using wet batter, some liner is very important because without paper or foil they cannot hold the shape and either become messy or stick in mesh. I will suggest to use good quality non stick baking paper. Air fryer principle is based on convection oven so you can use all accessories which works on oven. You can try in your air fryer. To make the wet batter pakoda need some experiments and patience. If you have any problem feel free to ask me.

Yes Pak jata hai. Agar aapko besan ke pakne main doubt hai to aap besan ko thoda dry roast ker ke use ker sakte hain. Vaise air fryer main paneer ache se cook hota hai. Different air fryer main time vary kerta hai. Apko time adjust kerna padega. No need to grill before.

@@sanjeevwali4041 Sorry for very late reply. anyhow I missed your comment to read. I don't think It's edited, just a little fast. I dip pakora in batter and put in butter paper with the help of spoon, I think it is clearly visible. Anyway in future I will clearly show dipping the pakora. Thanks for your valuable suggestion.🙏🙏🙏
