What is the CRI R9 and R12 rating for this light? I have brought the Neewer CB60B because of its lower price and I was disappointed in its R9 and R12 rating, which is only 81 and 76 at 5500K. And now I'm looking for an alternative.
Would you reccomend the Aputure Amaran 60d or the new SL60-II? Also is there a big difference in the fan noise between the SL60W and SL60-II? Thanks and this was a great video!
Hi Gabriel, thanks for your question! A delayed response from us but we've looked into your question in our latest video here ruclips.net/video/e-SMyiymawM/видео.html
The SL60IID does not have an umbrella mount and only works with Bowens mount modifiers. The fan noise isn't that noticeable but will increase in speed and sound when set to higher output.
The Godox SL60IID has been upgraded to 70W while the SL60IIBi is now 75W. These are fairly significant changes that you don't seem to think worth the mention. Easy to find data available in the Technical Data section of the respective manuals. Selling points for me in any case so I'm looking elsewhere for my info and, once I find reliable and accurate information about a product I'm interested in, perhaps an indication that it might be a more trustworthy place to spend my money. And why not spend more time on demonstrating the more advanced (and more popular?) version that can then easily be cross-referenced with the less complex one??
The problem is Wattage is no longer the measurement for output on an LED light, lumens or lux is. The 70W and 75W you quoted respectively are the power consumption of the units. The SL60IID is 2160 lux at 1m and the SL60IIBi is 1840 lux at 1m, compared to the older SL-60W which is 4100 lux at 1m. The only true indication of output would be to measure the lux in a controlled environment, with no other light present, using a light meter such as the Sekonic C800.
The new ML60II Bi is great and comparable to the SL60Bi, however the ML60II Bi can work with an additional battery attachment as well as being more compact overall
Hey love your detailed unboxing videos:) I'm confused between Godox sl-100 bi & Godox sl-60 ii Bi, can you please help which one will be better for UGC Creators? And as In Godox sl-60w ii umbrella mount is absent is the same case with this Godox sl 100 bi as well?
Hi there, thanks for the support! There's only a small price difference so you might be better off going with the SL100Bi for the extra power as well as the advantage of the umbrella mount.
Hey Fernando, yes it's very similar to being a smaller SL100D, all of those features you mentioned are shared! There is one disadvantage we have since discovered with the SL60II, there is no longer an umbrella mount so Bowens mount modifiers will be your main options for light modifiers.
Great review, very thorough and well-organized!
Glad it was helpful!
Very nice video, man ! I appreciate your work here, top notch!

did you find the answer...
Mark 2 bi
Hmm the app doesn't work I can't add any fixer ... it says demo but I can't even buy it no option for that , any idea what do do ?
The Godox Light app? Try resetting both the light and uninstalling/reinstalling the app
Excellent video. Does it have an umbrella adapter in the mount? And, by having the power adapter and controller inside, is the fan noisier?

"Metre" is the unit of length.
What about Godox ML60 bi ii? Is it worth as compared to SL60 bi ii?

Hi! Based on its features, is it like a smaller SL100D? Buttons, fan, effects, connectivity, all of those seem to be the same?
