Planet Zoo is nearly a Zoo Tycoon sequel, a Zoo Tycoon 2019 game. A wildlife game, zoo game and animal game and soon we'll be adding Planet Zoo gameplay.

The animated exhibit animal is great!
They need to add animations to all of the exhibit animals
Most of them do have noticeable animations though
This does the animal pack concept a lot more Justice than the SE asia pack imo. A lot more versatility and variety

You can totally keep more than two Adult American Alligators in a single exhibit.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, I was like: "Since when are they territorial? I've seen them in pretty big groups in zoos."
I knew frontier was gonna make this mistake. In addition to that I don’t know why frontier would think that Arctic foxes would live on packs…. Have seen them in the wild? They’re solitary. Plus everyone knows foxs social life isn’t as equivalent as a Wolf
It's understandable that you can only have one male in an exhibit, but they need to increase the amount of females. My local zoo has three in the enclosure, and the aquarium that's about 100 miles away has one big male with a bunch of little females.

Now we just need a European animal pack with species like the Red Fox, Eurasian Lynx, Red Deer, Roe Deer, European Bison, and Wolverine.

As a Floridian im a bit partial to the cougar and alligator, crocodilians are my favorite!
As a Coloradan I too enjoy the cougar and gator. Betchya didn't know we had gators. Some fool put them in a hot spring at about 8000 ft and now it's a park and they thrive. Seeing a gator with snow on it is a strange thing.

While I also like building animals, I'm an animal pack person as well and I feel Frontier really is even a tad better with their animals in the animal packs. This one just seems perfect.

The head shaking of the moose are quite realistic. Now I don’t own moose but I do own livestock. My llamas do the same thing to keep the flies off their face.
Makes me want to build a zoo again. Really great attention to detail.

Alligator is probably one of my favorites, next to the sealion. I do wish you could have more in an enclosure like the gharial.

We need The Wolverine man. The Wolverine is an amazing animal. It should have been another animal in this pack.
They could easily do it in a European pack with Lynxes, Red Deer, Red Foxes etc.
It was more popular in the community poll (that they look at) than some in this pack so it can be assumed that they're saving it for a different pack (Northern Asia or European)

The American Alligator is my favorite because theyre a threat to my life when theyre not in the river or under the sand.
OMG have you guys seen that video of a prairie dog pet and the owner is scratching/petting him and she stops and the prairie dog does that hand movement that looks just like the one in game, idk if its a natural behavior but thats so cute

planet zoo is a more customizable version of Jurassic world evo that why people like it and the animals.
I wish they either had a progressive aging, or had two age stages. That was part of Zoo Tycoon 2 I liked how some of the animals had two youth stages, and Wildlife Park 2 had progressive aging. With the baby beaver looking basically like an adult, it could be smaller at least.

I would love a Zoo 'Entertainment/Education' pack. Pony/camel/elephant rides, bird shows, animal feeding education stations, etc.
The design for the moose is one of the best ones they’ve made
There has never been a confirm case of a melanistic (black) cougar and there has only been one leucistic cougar found by a trail cam but it has never been seen again
i went to the santa cruz boardwalk, because I live in california, and I heard the sea lions so I have to say... They are soo LOUD!!! like I was on top of them on the peer and I could hear them below me and they sounded like a FOG HORN!!! (also I think this is a good idea for a sea lion enclosure)
I think the "prairie dorg" is from an episode of impractical jokers, that's where I heard it at least 😂

I’m very happy that this is an animal pack with animals Borge big and small!
Even though there are a few North American animals originally, I get didn’t have a lot which is why this DLC actually works!
Unlike the previous Africa pack where that one was disappointing because there are already a ton of African animals and in the pack for that, it had small animals and only one big which is why it was disappointing and didn’t work to well.
So excited to have these North American animals in my zoo!
I am new to this game and this is my first pack. The alligator could use more animations like maybe it jumping to get meat. Like the mosasaurs or like Steve Irwin
maybe the talk shows will feed them like that

It’s so funny to see beavers actually wandering around (but it is a game after all) I work at a North American educational park and let me tell you those beavers sleep all day lol 😆
Brown coat Arctic fox should have not as fluffy fur. The brown fur is during the summer and they don’t need as much fluff and they don’t look that fluffy in brown fur too. They do do a good job on them though they are cute and fun to play with.
The "brown" coat is not meant to represent their summer coat. It's actually supposed to be the melanistic, or "blue", winter coat. Only the kits actually have a summer coat texture.
I did see him show the melanistic fox. Looks like I thought the kits were the “summer coat” I was talking about and not just them being kits. 👍
The reasons sea lions have a weird stub tail is they actually evolved from bears who decided to become semi-aquatic animals.

I think frontier gets a little un realistic in the zoopedia when it comes to bachelor groups with fox and moose.
1. Foxs aren’t like wolves. They are solitary and last I checked foxs don’t live in “packs”
2. I’m very confident moose’s are very solitary and wouldn’t live in a group of 4 but more like a group of 2. Moose’s are the most solitary compared to all the other deer in the animal kingdom.
3. I know alligators are solitary but they’re very tolerant in bachelors groups. It all depend on spacing
I think the habitats look great BIS! Im torn between the beaver and Prarie dog as my favorite.
Tbh a puma could realistically jump high enough to grab that meat bag XD from a standstill they can jump up 12 feet, but from a running start they can jump 20 feet

There are no documented instances of melsnistic pumas and there is one documented instance of a leucistic puma caught on a trail cam a few years ago so not surprised you couldn’t generate them in game.
It's interesting that the seals and sea lions can't be together. I could have sworn I'd seen them together at zoos all the time!

Do the artic foxes have a winter and summer coat? And if so do they switch between them during certain seasons.
They have both coats, but do not switch - they just come that way from the trade center.

They don't, actually. The dark adult coat is a melanistic morph of the winter coat. Only the babies have summer coats unfortunately.

Bison can go with Prairie Dogs and Pronghorns, but Prairie Dogs and Pronghorns can't be together?
I've seen wild Prairie Dogs and the babies are very inquisitive- they would have come right up to me if their mother hadn't popped up and yelled at them. They actually have language and even Prairie Dogs from different packs can understand one another, but they'll notice their different accent...
1-2 American Alligators per exhibit? Have they never been to Florida?
