If real rent is 5000 market value is 20 lakh , For home - monthly rent :market value = 1: 600; if real rent out of house is 10000 market value of house is 60 lakh ,, Rent is not what is reflected on magic brics or no broker but 2000 rs minus what is listed ,, 🙏🙏🙏

The builders are supported by political leaders and government agencies with cut commission. The resale value should be ten percent more than initial purchase price. The real estate prices go down for maintenance costs and repair costs.
