I recall one instance where in I was asked to come with my better half to inspect a property.
This guy sold his flat for 30L n says post covid no one would've given him such high price n he's very lucky.... but in reality he doesn't realize that he bought panvel flat for 48.5..he would've paid around 40 for this same flat now post covid!!
He got cheated. Badly cheated.

Seller minimum 30% rate zada batata hai. Check for the correct mkt. Price then bargain negotiate with seller or builder.

Sir I am working as gym trainer. Booked the flat in runwal my city in sept 19 that time I was getting loan in sept 19 but then lockdown happend in Apr 20 and gym closed down in Mumbai.. now after lockdown banks are not giving me loan.. till date I have given 4 lakh to runwal and now bcoz of loan issue I want to cancel my flat. But runwal is saying they will not refund the amount I have paid till date
I am confuse what to do
