brother i have ryzen 5 8500g and i want add a gpu latter 1 year maybe but i want playing light gaming now but future i add gpu rx 7600 theare is any problem to pait this combo?? i checked online bottleneck scor is 0%
Thanks for the video! Im running a similar setup with yours, and im trying to see how much i can game until i can get a dedicated gpu. Im glad it works fine in valorant I think this kind of build is really situational, its good for ppl on a budget but want to get on the am5 platform
You're welcome, glad I could help! Yeah it is, maybe also for teenagers wanting to get a PC and build in bits, as the GPU is generally the most expensive single part now.
Great cpu. My old PC went burnt , so with not money for GPU bought a Ryzen 5 5600 g and saved me. So, it's great to have this CPUs! Thanks Jordan 👍 great review!
Hello, I got a Ryzen 5 8500g and I'm thinking of getting an RTX 4070 or a Rx 7700-7800, would it make a really big bottleneck? U can't find benchmarks anywhere!
My question: If (and when) you throw in a decent gpu, is there any real difference in gaming? I would think even the 8500g will be fast enough. Or is it?
The difference is *monstrous.* A GPU will be night and day. Say you buy a 7800XT, the results in the charts would likely triple if not more in 1080P, maybe get twice in 1440p. Yes, you can get by with onboard graphics, but you shouldn't unless you *need* to.
When I made this the info I had said not, but some say it does X8 too. So if say treat it as X8 so you're not disappointed, but even X8 you're unlikely to notice a difference fps wise anyway.
@@jordanash alright thanks! I need a basic computer for work and I do most of my gaming on console so I thought about trying this APU so I can do some light gaming on PC once work stuff is done 😅

Yeah that'll work fine :)

Yes J - man! Legend!
Thanks man!
I still need to test my stuff just been fixing my Xbox and now I did that a few other people saw my insta story and they asked me to fix it 😄

Great video, i wouldve liked to see more esports titles and it seems this is what they would be best at
Noted, I am looking to add more games into the suite for my tests. Any specific ones? Also I need to be able to get keys if they're paid games.
@@jordanash Overwatch 2, Valorant, League of Legends, Maybe the Finals too, theyre all free
Okay. got ya. Valorant is in the video haha

Ah awesome, great CPU. Thank you for watching!

Hey, I think you'd be fine with that
@jordanash thank you man!
No problem

Cheaper AMD 4500+rx6600. Not compact, sure. This Fenix series is for miniITX.
I doubt you've got to it yet, but I say in the video I'm going to do more with these, that will include other CPU and GPU pairings vs these.
nice video sir. is it possible to streaming with 8500g?
Thank you! As in you stream to twitch, for example? I expect it would, but you'd have to be careful. Maybe run things lower resolutions/bitrates
so without dedicated GPU does it support the AMD Adrenalin Record and Stream????
Hmmm, not too sure on that one to be honest, sorry.
Ryzen 5 8500G running amazingly well with 32gb 6000mhz CL38 here.
Nice one 😊
Is the 8700g also limited pcie x8?

You're welcome. That's the perfect use case for this
8500g has 2 full fat zen 4 cores and 4x zen 4c cores
Full fat, love that for an explanation, going to use that.
Nice
Thanks for watching!
no Wattage from Wall
Correct, that's something I'm starting to introduce soon, I got a reader recently.
I have a PC with an 8600G and internet browsing is faster than the RX 7700 XT.
Yeah as it's all in one
