Tetapi haya goreng kulit udang miss out 10 biji bawang putih goreng dengan kulit udang buat kuah Hockken mee, udang lipan 12 ekor tamvahan buat kuah uadang ini.. Rempah dan cabai masa tumis miss out belachen goreng.. Pork lard sudah miss out juga.. Ini lah Penang Champion Hockjen Mee gd job. Catcher!
