It's not obvious to me where the bearings would go and how they help reduce the friction. A close-up of the swivel actually moving would be great. Granted, it probably takes a lot more time to add the electronics to the swivel so it's understandable that we'll have to wait. I'm sure it will be worth it regardless. Glad to see you're back and still committed to this project.
You sir are the best F35 builder in the world ! your work is an inspiration to us all, very stable take off and landing, cant wait to see when this bad ass is completed.
Excellent project with dedicated attention to the swivel nozzle which is a complex component! I suppose even that Lockheed couldn't have done better in the scale-model testing phase of the actual aircraft!!!!
Great video, best working model I've seen of the 3 BSM. I work for the company that makes the Servo Motors for the 3BSM and I build them... You're model is better than the one our engineering department have to show people how it works. Awesome job.
you guys are one of the best rc engineers. I am in India can you guys just help me out and advise me because I have just started to make my frist rc f35 lightning. and this is my dream and ambition.
Great video! There's a couple things I don't understand: 1.) How does the swivel work? Isn't the angled cross section of a tube an ellipse, making the rotation impossible (obviously it works, how are you correcting for this?)? 2.) Did you make the bearings or purchase them? I don't see them in the video. Thanks!
I don't see the bearings. 🤦😅 I know it does rotate, I saw the other video, I just don't know how. This is interesting to watch, what's coming the F-22? 😅🤩
I dont understand the 3 swivel design. How does it rotate so smoothly when the cylinders are joined at an angle cause the faces are not circles any more.
I think they are actually circles, they are not perfect conventional cylinders, just focus on every face of the cylinders facing each other, and you'll see the circles.
I'm great thanks:) uhm not a compagny just a hobbist with this passion. You could check my patreon page for support. Were are you from? www.patreon.com/JoelVlashof

Wauw thanks! People like you motivates me even more😎😎 see you in the next build update;)
Dang, thats cool. I want bearing swivel modules for CJEs in FTD!
Bravo expert man

That is just fantastic engineering. Well done
thank you so much;)
Genio!!!!...... En Chile copie tu habilidad y cree el mismo prototipo . Gracias!!!
A ver!

Loving watching your progress with this build. Keep up the excellent work :-)
Great video! Thanks guys.
Looking great, can't wait to see the first transition flight.
You should industrialize & sell F35B VTOL systems!
Compatible with kerosene jet engines too if possible.
Great Joel! Like to see more soon...!

Amazing work..continue to do what you like. The key of happiness..
Great engineering 👍
Nice work Joel!
echt heel netjes geworden
Im so envious of you,my engineering training sucks!i only know theories and i find it very hard to apply
Very good!
Can you put f35b stovl system in jf 17 thunder
Lockheed Martin needs you!

Great work! But i didn't understand the geometry of parts. Which mating geometry did u use for the parts?
Exlent keep it up.
thanks buddy
Fantastic !!
Podrías hacer un video como fabricante
Could you make video about how plane is balancing in the air during lift off?
Yes sir
@@Joelmelanie I would appreciated that. Did you use pid controller?
nice Broertje
Excelente 👏👏
Good brother i like ❤️❤️❤️❤️🛎🙏🙏
Parabens um bom projeto
Good to see you back! Could you lower the background music volume a bit?
Yes sir i will do that for part 2;)
I don't see the bearings. 🤦😅
I know it does rotate, I saw the other video, I just don't know how.
This is interesting to watch, what's coming the F-22? 😅🤩
Nice vid! The audio sounds way better, now you're using a Lavalier mic... ;)
nice!
Hey...I envy you...when I was young don't have money...now don't have time but my heart stuck at
Great job. Can you make a 55 kn jet engine?
awesome
glad to see you are still out here working. Are thre plans to market this?
Faz um traje para as costas com duas turbina dessa 🙏🤣🤝🇧🇷
how can I recreate something like that
Thanks
in fact what is interesting is not the design of the plane but with what we could shoot it down (missile) and especially detect it.
but for the reproduction work I say bravo and good job.
Excellent work
But I want that one
Cost plz?
are you going to manufacture and sell the f35B VTOL mechanics
Are you selling these as a kit?
Where do you get these parts
Just landed here on August 13,2020
🧐😁
Use the technical system to build a real flying car.😇. Put 2 or 4 unit in a car body chasis.
Canggih buatan Amerika / lokchet Martin F 35 Laitening 2
Goodnight. Do you make available or sell the stl of this project?
maybe in future
Awesome
Hi, Whats the software you use to make the 3d models?
Solid works!
Where did you find these bearings to rotate the nozzle?
@the hobbyshop, 3x7x3
@@Joelmelanie
thank you :)
Bro what type of material used for fabrication
hey, 3d printed parts and the fuse is made out of composite
@@Joelmelanie I was wondering, if you used 3d printing already, why didn't you make it all of 3D printing? Any specific punctual technical benefit?
hi joel how far are you a way from kit let me new
What 3d printer is that?
this is the Craftbot plus
Couldn't identify any ball bearings in the vid. Where were they?
5 for each section, bearings are 3x7x3
Did Stockholm forget your Nobel Price?
Ha thanks Ludwig, that is very nice;)
Harrier Jump jet a long time ago uk late 70's
could you link the stl.files? please?
Hello, please provide me STL file of this please, i want STL file i want to make it
I want to get the F35b doword engine ed
Without celtic invasion in Rom F-35 would be now 1000 years old.
Can you do the real jet in that
have to make it out of titanium than
@@Joelmelanie that will be awesome if you use titanium and it will look realistic
I dont understand the 3 swivel design. How does it rotate so smoothly when the cylinders are joined at an angle cause the faces are not circles any more.
Oh, I hadn't thought of that. Maybe the bearings actually are circles-- they have to be, right?-- and the tubes are non-cylindrical.
I think they are actually circles, they are not perfect conventional cylinders, just focus on every face of the cylinders facing each other, and you'll see the circles.
Ok 3D printing abs ,EDF should be 120 mm right
yes the EDF would be our old 120MM high voltage from Vasa;) i'm saving money to buy the new schubeler 120MM!!
@@Joelmelanie schubeler is best ya carry on
Can I have a drawing of f35b from you?
When part 2
Hi
Why dont u add a groove around & add some steel balls
Real house + workshop, not scale model house + workshop I guess
Indeed, workshop done but we have to live in it for 4 mounths, start build house next week. After moving into the house.....big mancave!!!!!
🍸🍸 👍👍 💛💛💛 🎖🎖
Why the background music? You don't need it. It makes it hard to hear you. Please eliminate the music in the future. It's annoying.
ok cool thanks for the idea;)
I liked it. Good for sped up video montages.
Hi bather how are you. I want to work with you.pls visa give me.
