Yup noodles. I know about those Texan men.....Ken's family was from Texas. It took me years to learn how to make a proper Texan Smoked Brisket and Ken's favorite food is Tex Mex for sure. ❤️ Shelby
Sorry friend, 1 or 2 more questions - how many of these meals can you make with the recipe shown at the beginning of this vid? How many cups of marinade do you put in each meal kit? Thanks
I use the whole marinade recipe per 6 pounds of chicken breasts and I try and make as many that uses the whole can of coconut milk........it is either 4 or 5 times the recipe. So when chicken is on sale I make a huge batch and freeze multiple packages so as not to waste anything. Cant remember off the top of my head. Merry Christmas Shelby
Oh WOW 😳 Looks wonderful Is the Curry 🍛 Real Spicy Hot? Is there something else I could add to the Thai Marinate besides jalapeño?? Neither one of us are into over spicy foods...😕Although if I could put a twist on those it would be great!!! Have everything except the Curry stuff and Rice wraps!! Shey the curry surprisingly wasn't spicy, it was just a balanced flavor explosion. The coconut milk evens it out. Hard to explain, but very tasty. Just leave the jalapeno out if you don't like spicy. I need to get on FB.....Your dogs will be happy when the fence is done!

I like it because I make the marinade and freeze several packages of the chicken/marinade in freezer bags., and it is so versatile. Hugs SHelby

Yes Erika it is a diverse marinade. I usually make 4 x the amount so I use a whole can of coconut milk and don't waste anything. :D Shelby
