Hi, King Kogi hope this video was helpful. If your calves are bothering you it can be caused by lots of different reasons. I recommend trying the nerve glide for the back of the legs and also some of the videos for improving the dorsiflexion of the foot. I will be making a series of videos on nerve glides soon and will include one for the calf for you as well. Let me know how you get on. X 🙂🦓🪐
Hi Julia, There are a lot of reasons people can have tight calf muscles. Growing is definitely one of them. In children bones grow before muscles and nerves so they can have tightness while the muscles and nerves catch up with the growth of the bones. The good thing about METS is they are totally safe so he can do them without worry. If they don’t work it will simply be the reason is something else like as you say growing.

Curious as to why son has these tight muscles... can it be just from growing? He is 11..
