Arkea guy looks over left shoulder and sees the train coming, starts soft pedaling and deviates to cut off the riders. Hard to say if it was on purpose. If lotto guy slammed on his brakes it would have caused the same accident if not worse. If lotto guy and Arkea guy didn’t bump, then someone else would have. Arkea guy probably regrets trying to close out those riders and hopefully it will be a lesson learned. Hope none of these guys sustained injuries to where they have to abandon.
Look at seconde 0:07 he looks behind him at see the guy is coming so he stop pedaling and try to push him out. You even can see the hip coming over rigth befor the crash
