I could understand the Supernote Cloud not supporting the card since it is a free service with a storage limit. However they really should allow Onedrive or other cloud services with a lot of storage to sync. Do you know if the USBC port on the Supernote allows me to connect a flash drive?

Entirely agree with you. Why not let us synchronize with the other services? As for the USB port, the manual says that it supports flash drives. I'll order one this weekend for some tests and I'll share the results. It may end up being my way of transporting files from the microSD card to my computer.

I use _'Android File transfer'_ app on my M2 Macbook to make a wired USB-C to USB-C connection to my A5X, else, my Browser with the Supernote's wireless _'Browse and Access'_ function. But of course, I'm on the A5X that hasn't the ability to add an SD card so I'm unsure if that helps you... yet, I would have thought a wired USB-C to USB-C connection with the _'Android File transfer'_ app would see the SD Card?

My problem is the connection itself. The Android File Transfer app was discontinued by Google and all the others I've tried don't work. I can't even establish the connection. And it doesn't seem to be a problem with the Supernote, since they also don't work with my phone. I have also tried different USB cables with no success.

@@vladcampos I'm still on Monterey fearful of updating in case I need to upgrade some expensive software that I use daily, so that 'maybe' why my version of *_Android File Transfer_* still runs on my Macbook [M2] yet I rarely use it but always transfer files via Supernote's 'Browse and Access' and my Mac's browser, I'm surprised that isn't possible with the Nomad.

Sorry if I didn't make that clear. Browse and Access does work on the Nomad and I can even interact with the microSD disk, but I see that feature more as a “mirror” than an actual file system. At least, I don't find it convenient at all to move multiple files. I see it as more of a last resort.
As for Android File Transfer, I don't know whether the OS is or not a limitation. I just read that Google discontinued it and there's no way to officially download it anymore 🥲
