    Thank you for the series. I think the follow along is making it a lot easier for me to get started in weight training. The member content also looks top notch.

    My running coach recommended your vids for my workout days!
    I really appreciate the tips on form and technique - I do a lot of gym on my own, but these are great for time (workout in PJs when I get up. Nice.) and info, to make sure I’m actually getting the technique right and not going too fast / making mistakes that will minimise results or lead to injury. Very happy to have found your stuff. Also very sweaty after this one 💪

    Great work. "No nonsense", as you wrote in the description. Hard to find on YT. Used 12,5 and 8kg dumbbells.

    Thank-you Tom for the effort you put into making this series. You've got everything nailed down to a tee (even the length of breaks). I look forward to working through the rest of the classes. I agree with other comments that something identical on calesthenics would be a great companion set. Apologies Tom if I've just volunteered you for another 100hrs plus for making it!! John (N.I.).

      Much appreciated! I’m actually still finishing off the end of this series but yes looking into doing a Calisthenics one next. Just need to decide whether to include any equipment and length of workouts / series ect.
