That's awesome! I tried crickets when I was teaching English in Sendai. One of my students, a sweet old lady, made some and brought me a couple of samples. One was cooked in soy sauce and was kind of sweet and caramelized! It was like candy!😋 I'd be afraid to eat some of the things you ate, though! Good job!👍

Not my great grandmother but grandma is making it. That’s quite strong but really good. I think best une shu I have ever got.
