The dress came out beautifully!! Love love love the fabric!! The beetle came out cute also, definitely looks challenging tho
needs a belt love the fabric cost breakdown is very informative
I always so appreciate when creators show us their struggles, too! Still makes great content. Lol
And encourages us to not get too discouraged.
I'm pretty lucky in my making so I am actually pretty excited when I get to show something that didn't come out perfect.
I love the neckline and the back of the dress!! So pretty!! I love the Closet Historian as well. She's very talented!💖💖
Haya. Such pretty fabric 🤩The beetle came out great, yup that would be me also with the beads going everywhere 😄You look amazing 🤩Thanku 'sew' much for sharing 🧵🪡
I really like the shoulders on this!
Whoa amazing fabric! Such an iconic vintage formal pattern! Love the beetle accessory too! Beautiful work my friend! 💖
Thank you!
The dress is beautiful!
Hi Haley Marie. I simply adore the dress you made one I would make for myself if I could see it in my size.
Also could we have a video showing all your spins i love when you are doing your reveal and you always do this one spin that always makes me smile xx
Thank you!
Wow! That dress is so gorgeous and is especially suited to you. I loooooove the beetle. 🪲 It's fauls (I trust you that their are some) are NOT evident. Grand finale indeed!
The beaded beetle definitely looks better on camera that in real life! Thank you as always for watching and commenting!
So beautiful! I love it. Great job.
the colour is so pretty on you
Really pretty.
I have to tell you, this video popped up in my feed, and I watched it, even though it was old! I loved it, and I loved the fabric so much, I had to get some! I made a georgeous boho-style velvet carpet bag (think Mary Poppins) and I used the bug fabric for the lining! Yummy!!
Oh yay! that sounds amazing!
Gorgeous
I LOVE IT!
The dress looks really pretty and I would love to see it with a crinoline underneath it also! And that beetle came out amazing!
I’m always excited when channels I adore follow each other. Bianca is a great inspiration to me as are you. Brilliant job. ❤
Great to see your beetle. I think you did a fantastic job! And the dress is so silky and fluid. Definitely spooky chic!
One might say this is a bead-le dress. Haha! It turned out just beautiful. I really love the color of the fabric.
I’ve always been too cheap to order from Mood but perhaps I’ll need to keep an eye out for one of those site-wide sales. I’m always on the hunt for more sources of affordable natural fibers. Fabric Mart is usually my go-to.
Yeah mood has a lot of cost variables but I NEVER buy full price anymore, admittedly the owners are jerks so I try not to buy from them too often but occasionally they have something like this fabric that I love.
@@HaleyMarieVintage if there’s one thing my mom taught me, it’s that you ALWAYS wait for the sales 😂
I love your channel, your content and the whole spooky series. Thank you for sharing. ❤️🐈⬛
Such a pretty fabric but looks so hard to work with, but then in the reveal i think wow it might have been worth the struggles lol xx
Honestly it wasn't too hard to work with, I'd rate it like 50% difficulty
@@HaleyMarieVintage oh thats good to know. I am starting my next project on Thursday and then im not stopping I am so tired of my anxiety holding me back xx
How do you purchase the correct size of a pattern? I dont understand how this particular one is a size twelve with a 30" bust. Really 30?
Maybe this would be a good video 😊
So this one is vintage sizing which is quite different. I go off my measuments and find the pattern size that fits according to those.
