    • @vlada
      @vlada Год назад +12

      @@JEDI.ON.CREATINE1208the big problem with vacuum is that it hides your abs. Even worse when they call an ab & thigh shot and prior refuse to show them: they should dock you points for refusing to show your abs. We all know the tricks you use on stage to hide weak bodyparts but the vacuum is the most blatant. By all means use it in your routine but you MUST show your abs muscles. Imagine they call a rear double biceps and competitors refuse to show them.
      Btw, once you see Rich Piana do vacuums, you know it's not hard to do.

    Chasing big deadlift numbers for years has developed a crazy back double bi for Larry. Not just the act of deadlifting but all of the accessory work he’s been doing forever definitely carved what you see on stage here .

    • @ethzvn1185
      @ethzvn1185 Год назад +8

      Doubt it, hypertrophy can be achieved many many different ways to the same outcome. A muscle will get bigger if you give it stimulus. No exercise is magic. If he tried to specifically grow his back instead of chasing a big deadlift it would probably look the exact same if not bigger (obviously not saying thats what he shouldve done, just making a point).

    Larrys bicep genetics give him super peaks but smaller biceps in terms of width. Not sure if that can be improved upon. He is bigger than everyone on stage though. Especially in shoulders chest and back. I noticed also in the front shots, he kept sucking in completely while the others did not. It's pretty unbelievable how massive you got without ever competing. Great job brother. Be safe and God bless 🙏 Happy Holidays!

      Tbh from the front his legs/quads looked slightly smaller than the competition, but from the back, his hamstrings & glutes are on pace. Some shots it looked the biggest out of the top 3. Its still amazing whete he placed at for how little prep he did. Its not like he trained the entire off season for bodybuilding

    Larry's back blew away the competition! Legs were Definity smaller, but his hamstring shreds were on point. The winner had bigger legs, but very small back compared to Larry. I actually think Larry's physique resembles a classic physique more than the winner's did.

    Larry's weakest point is definitely his upper chest, & his calves are a bit small and depending on who you ask the way his biceps are so peaked could also be not as good but that's more subjective it was definitely pretty close between the top 2 the vacuum pose was very good but 419 has a smaller waist over all Larry did very well👍

    • @thadcox5298
      @thadcox5298 Год назад +4

    • @brutus6328
      @brutus6328 Год назад +1

      His side chest showed no striations compared to the other two and his chest does droop a bit. Not sure if his overly peaked biceps (left arm due to a tear) are good or bad....very subjective. 419 did have a crazy small waist!
