I've had this thing in my edc for about a month now. I love it
i got mine for like 15 and i chose the double side mounted option so i can clip it on to my bag/jacket with the included belt clip, and instead of the flashlight facing upwards, theres a magnet so i can magnetically attach it to metal object in any orientation

There was one that that was half that size (in regards to just one bulb) that was about 17 bucks. and looked like the rayvon mini lights. Had it for 2 years now and it works like a charm still. Love it.

@@Garaktys yeah mine flash a red light when charging, and a fixed green when charged. However, getting the cable to properly fit in the port is kindda dodgy, make sure it's well placed and 'clicks'. I hope that helps
So I've dealt with stuff similar to that. Main issues that led light produce a significant amount of heat, and when it gets small they don't put in a heat sink that regulates it. I bought a $15 watch with a led light on it and I love it, but I can't have it on longer than like 5 minutes before it started burning my wrist

Ill stick with my 1000 lumen soonfire.
Paid $30($5 shipping) and have had it for almost 6 years now and its still going strong.
Ive lost count on how many times ive dropped it, yet it still works.
This light will break from a slight breeze, and can't even be used for self defense, like a good EDC flashlight should.
I have at least 4 of them on various keychains. There is also a smaller version with just one LED in the front and half the size.
I purchased 2 of these from the same seller, both lights have slight differences with the way they’ve been built
Great e.d.c is my agm tough phone. Huge 110 decibel speaker where you can get an app that constantly emits a call for help. A super bright forward facing flashlight. And true flir camera that's so sensitive I can see the 2x4's in my wall. With a battery that is half again as big as a reg phone battery. Water proof and good to well below freezing. But the reg camera kinda blows. Hard to read part numbers
That is very cool, but cycling through the modes defeats the purpose of having a red light. Red light function should always be directly accessible before turning on.

@@clayton9136 if you're using it in a light sensitive environment like astrophotography sites, when night boating, or hunting, it's rather imperative for the task at hand or the courtesy towards others.
@@clayton9136 no no, hes got a point. Red light is used to preserve darkness or night vision. If you have to get through super bright modes to get to the red one it makes sense. I have a couple lights and red light is its own button
That way Roxanne won't have to put on the RED LIGHT.
I bought the black version recently,... then saw the GITD one, DOH! Still, it lives in a little Crumpler neoprene pouch, with a Nextool Sailor and a Proff lighter as part of my EDC.

My biggest thing I absolutely hate about these lights is when you turn them on and they’re preset to be on brightest light mode. I have no clue what genius decided to make light standard turn on to bright mode. 99% of the time I want my flashlight, it’s usually dark out. And I generally want the least brightest mode first instead of being blinded by the max brightness
I use the small led on the side most of the time.

Does it have a lockout feature? I got the nitecore TIP SE and it would turn on randomly in my pocket. Didn’t realize it until one day I felt something burning my leg and the light had turned on in my pocket. Stopped carrying it that day

I bought this as soon as I seen the video and the only regret is that the flashlight doesn't charge off of any smart PD supplies. It requires a dumb 5 volts to charge

It is a great light, but i doubt those output numbers. It wasn't as bright as i was expecting when compared to my other lights with the same lumen ratings, but still a great light for the price that i will use all the time.

I loved mine. I thought the magnet was going to be a nice bonus. But lost the light somewhere. BECAUSE IT STICKS TO YOUR KEYS AND DROPS TO THE PARKING LOT WITHOUT YOU REALIZING when you pull your keys from your pocket. Happened 4 times, but I only recovered 3 times.. GONE!
