I used to think she was funny, but now she's just creepy! Clip and episode belong to Wordgirl and PBS Kids Episode: Oh, What A Tangled Rope You Tie, Amazing Rope Guy
this show had toby stans when I was airing? Or was it just a good guess for what would happen when society becomes more depraved and this show makes a comeback through clips being shared on the internet?
Yeah, - that, and the show also referenced how people think people with British accents are attractive. I don't remember which episode it was, but Becky and Violet were enamored by some guy who was auditioning for a role in their school play and he had a British accent. I don't remember his first name but his last name was Heartthrob.
Honestly, it didn't really come off as weird to me. This actually just reveals that villains have fans, just how people are fans of WordGirl. Like, her behavior kind of just reminded me of TJ's behavior towards WordGirl. Not romantic, not creepy, just being a fan. Besides, the most important thing to talk about is there there exists plushes of Tobey in the Wordgirl universe????
Everyone has plushies actually, TJ's room had some of the villain plushies at the end of the Chazz episode. It's super cute actually. Im pretty sure Wordgirl and the villains are basically just an entertaining tv show for the citizens.
in both the main Marvel and DC Universes. Its implied on multiple occasions that merchandise exists of superheroes and villains. Often without permission of said Superheroes and Villains
I like how even in a world where villains like a Doctor who turns things into cheese and Butcher whos power is he creates meat are considered A-lister villains. The concept of a rope themed villain is still considered stupid.
The Butcher could be an awesome hero if he wanted to. He could use his powers for good like creating infinite meat to drive down prices in the competitive meat market, make the whole cruelty-free thing a bit possible, and terrorize "vegan" rallies ran by PETA.
lol, the idea of Butcher showing up to vegetarian conventions and wreaking havoc sounds like a great episode plot he's already allergic to tofu, there's so much potential there for hilarity to ensue
This reflects the fandom. They hone in on Tobey because they ship him with Word Girl and Dr. Two Brains because he’s a Tumblr sexyman. The other villains don’t seem to exist in the fandom’s eyes.
@@hobomike6935 I saw a video about the butcher and how everyone in the comments is saying that the butcher is attractive. I can't link it to you because I forgot what the video is called
Maybe the Butcher gets focus once or Twice But Lady Redundant Woman? The Energy Monster? Ms. Question? Literally Granny May is in the theme song and one of the top villain and you'd be hard pressed to find a speck of content for her.
How come no one has ever posted about the Tobey plush anywhere else? Unless they have and I didn't see it somehow although gotta say it's really cute :)
TJ's room is basically merch city. He has everything even plushies of all, if not, the most popular villain I believe you can see in that Chazz episode when Wordgirl returned all his merch back in his room at the end. And there is in fact a Tobey doll there if you pause. It's really cute and also kinda strange that you have a plush of your sister's classmate but then again TJ I think in a way thinks Tobey is cool. Cooler than his sister atleast.
Toby was my favorite one Toby is my favorite one he's my favorite villain in WordGirl because he had a crush on word girl but he told her that he had a crush on her the entire time
I like both Wordgirls and Tobey who are both 10 and I'm not a creep, there's a difference between finding kids cute and being attracted to kids, just like finding a cat cute won't make you a zoophile.
OK CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW WE SEE A LOT OF WORDGIRL MERCH BUT WHO IS MAKING THIS MERCH ??? WORDGIRL DOESNT WORK FOR ANY COMPANY IN THE WORDGIRL UNIVERSE SO ARE COMPANIES JUST PROFITING OFF OF HER IMAGE ??? WHO IS MAKING WORD GIRL MERCH
This show is not creepy. There's like, exactly one background gag (which most people won't notice) and one animation error that is "creepy." Unless we count Tobey's incel behavior in that one episode... which is never brought up again
didn't Batman have some villain that wore a polka-dot suit and each polka dot was a button that he could press that could do something? I'm pretty sure that villain trounces Rope Guy in terms of stupid villain concepts lol
I forgot there was a bad guy name amazing rope guy …………… heck he’s pretty much The captain boomerang of the show just an embarrassing mess no offense to him :p
I can’t believe the show itself actually referenced Tobey stans
I can't blame her It's hard to not be drawn to Patton Oswalt

Slipknot
tobey is adorably dorky and absolutely not evil, that's why he's a great character in my opinion
Yeah, doesn’t he just want attention from Wordgirl?
Little fella is trying to impress his crush, but fails like a dumb rock.
@@agripinams9592 earns him relatability points in my book

They only pick the physically attractive villains.
Villains like Chuck and The butcher, don’t get any love

Just realized this canonically means someone is selling Tobey merch and there are fans of him in Fair City 😳

Bro ngl I want one
Toby be pullin the baddies
But be focussing more on word gurl 💀
he's ten dude
I like Tobey because he's the only character who simps harder than me.
I mean, can you blame her? Tobey is a top tier villain.
He may be top-tier
but he's likely a *Bottom* if you know what I mean

Im more surprised theres a villains fan rather than heroes fan too
It's not creepy? she's just a fan of his? Like c'mon he's adorable 😂 my favorite besides word girl herself
I love how he called them rope dude instead of rope guy
It makes me happy to know there are atleast people in the show who appreciate tobey
The voice acting is actually pretty good
"I committed 2 crimes today!"
Rope guy is my favorite super villain he is under rated
And we learned that she was a villain much scarier than any mad scientist or giant robot.
I can relate to Amazing Rope Guy
Oh so that’s why the amazing rope guy got left behind in the miss power special while the rest of the other villains broke out of jail.
Tobey: "Since when did robbing stores ever became my gimmick?"
But she’s like that one side of the fandom who likes tobey tbh idk which part of the fandom who doesn’t
The part of the fandom that’s busy simping for two brains instead, most likely.

That sentence didn't stop me💪
My Boy Tobey Got Game!
Tobey is such a cute villain XD who simps so hardcore on wordgirl. Hopefully they make more of this show like ya know. Adult version of wordgirl XD
0:31 I don't want to know what she's going to do with that Tobey plushie...
Tobey's very own fan. He must be really proud with pride when he found out
She's Not Creepy, She's just a Huge fan of Toby.
Yeah I thought that woman was being... Weird. Though Tobey is my second favourite character so...
Amazing Rope Guy has Dr.2Brains’ hands
Real life Tobey plush coming soon
So apparently there's an entire fandom and fandom drama related to this show I watched when I was 6 or something
Yep.
Maybe if you were actually GOOD at being a villain, you would have fans, Amazing Rope Guy
. . . shotacon ensues.
What is this? -JACK
The title gives me Doofensmirtz's "She's 16!" vibes
This voice acting is so funny

Did Wordgirl roasted the fans!? XD
He’s pulling
R34 artists when they see jellybean:
What was she touching?
@NormalSquirtle The leg... I hope...

I never liked her anyway
Who's actually creepier though? The woman being a fan of Tobey or Rope-Man owning a doll of Tobey?
He probably bought or stole it for that crime.
