Constant negativity, emotional exhaustion or lack of effort can fuck you up. Oh, no. Letting go of a friend can feel scary. You might worry about being lonely or what others will think of you, judge you. You guys have been friends for years. Now you just break it off all of a sudden. But here's the truth, man. Letting go of someone who drains you is an act of self care. I did it so you can, too. It might hurt now, but it makes space for healthy relationships that you deserve. Remember, evaluating your friendship takes time and patience. Always put your emotional and well being first. And don't feel guilty for walking away if that friendship isn't the right one for you anymore. Now I want to hear your opinion
