    💡Ingredients and Instructions
    🥝The Base
    - 75g (¾ cup) graham crackers
    - 30g (2 tbsp) melted unsalted butter
    ➡️
    Blend graham crackers in a food processor until fine. Mix with melted butter and evenly divide the mixture among the cup/mold. Press down firmly and set aside.
    🥝The Filling Cream
    - 200g (¾ cup +1 tbsp) cream cheese, room temp
    - 50g (½ cup) powdered sugar
    - 60g (¼ cup) plain yogurt
    - 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla
    - 250ml (1 cup) heavy cream
    - 6g gelatine sheet
    - Fresh Kiwi slided

    - Soak gelatin sheets in water for about 10 minutes to bloom, then discard the excess water.
    - Mash 200g (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) room temperature cream cheese with 50g (½ cup) powdered sugar, 60g (¼ cup) plain yogurt, and 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla. Stir until well combined and smooth.
    - Whisk 250ml (1 cup) heavy cream halfway. Microwave for 15 seconds to melt the bloomed gelatin, then add the melted gelatin to the whipped cream and stir to combine.
    - Combine the gelatin-heavy cream mixture with the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
    - Arrange kiwi slices in the cups, sticking them to the walls.
    - Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the cups, then chill for about 3 hours to set.
    🥝The Kiwi Jelly Topping
    - 120ml (½ cup) hot water
    - 30g (2⅓ tbsp) sugar
    - 50g (¼ cup) diced fresh kiwi
    - 6g gelatine sheet
    - yellow food coloring if needed

    - Soak gelatin sheets in water for about 10 minutes to bloom, then discard the excess water.
    - Stir sugar into the hot water until dissolved, then add the bloomed gelatin and stir until the gelatin is also dissolved
    - Add diced fresh kiwi and a bit of yellow food coloring to dye it brighter, stirring to combine.
    - Divide the jelly mixture evenly among the cups, then chill to set.
