I replaced the battery without taking the HD out. Hopefully this won't have done anything bad ,-)
The battery I now see, is a lower capacity one but I hope will improve the time between charges.

is it necessary to unplug the hard disk and ram before replacing the battery?

My replacement battery is like yours from the video AS16A5K, but the original was AS16A8K. I hope that's not a problem.
Maybe different markings on batteries are only little difference in the voltage.

Is it possible to put in a bigger battery when doing the replacement/higher capacity? How does one find out where/which battery is the right one to buy for the 575?

Your video is helpful. I have replaced the battery but it does not turn on same brand and model in the video,the battery indicator light is on and orange what's worng?. I've tried the battery reset button at the back no luck there. Thank you
revert back to the old battery and see what happens.
Also try and power up the machine with no battery installed

Got my battery ordered...curious about the NVMe card. I just recently swapped out my hdd drive for a sdd card. Would that serve the same purpose or would it also be an upgrade?
Sata HDD = Older style hard drive = slow
SSD 2.5" = Solid State hard Drive Fast but still compatible with Sata
m.2 NVMe = Fastest SSD, newer technology runs via PCIE Bus
Is this model has an nvm.e slot sir?

Should have shown voltage on old and new battery instead of date. 🤦🏻♂
i usually go by date than battery voltage (charged vs flat, will show a difference anyway)
