I love my Rattler and I can engage targets at 300 yards easily with supers and that's using RMR. It defies logic, but it's the best 300BLK firearm I have.

Im just now realizing this is just a 6.75 in barrel MCX Virtus. The rattler has a 5.5 in barrel and those handguards do not work on the rattler. Also the side plate on this one even says virtus. The rattlers says Rattler. Not that it changes the review or anything, just thought I'd point it out.

Exactly. The virtud has a port cut away next to the opening for the gas block adjustment.. the rattler is solid. I have both a rattler and a virtus so I had to do my own research. They don't offer a SD handguard the rattler that long.. only a 5 in. The virtus has a 10 and a 12 in SD rail option

They are actually not using the Rattler for the video. What you see is an MCX Virtus, presumably modded with the 6.75 in conversion kit (this is also probably why the gas blowback behavior is a bit tamer than the Rattler). You can tell that this is the case due to the fact that the Rattler handguard is different than the Virtus handguard. Speaking of which, the handguard used is the 12in suppressor compatible MLOK Handguard. As stated in Sig Sauer's website the MCX Rattler uses a proprietary gas and barrel system that is not analogous with the MCX Virtus.

Sorry, its not a Rattler for several reasons. It's actually a MCX TACOPS model. The Rattler does not have a forward assist (yours does), the Rattlers cannot fit the large round "TACOPS" handguard you have installed. The 300 Blackout barrel length for the one you have in your hand is actually 6.75 inches - not 5.5 inches as said in the video. Other than that its a MCX Virtus...

is this a Rattler or a Virtus? Title and 4:20 they both name it as Rattler but at 5:17 the taller guy calls it a Virtus. Either way, when I Google for it I can't find the exact they have in this video?
@@phabeondominguez5971 it’s the Rattler in the MCX line. Virtus is also an MCX but the longer (9”) and just as modular version. The rattler I would consider for SOCOM/CQB/discrete use. The Virtus is more the M4 “all ‘rounder” rifle when you don’t need/want a full 16”. They are pretty much identical in every other aspect so many end up referring to all MCXs as “Virtus.”
I had my Liberty Leonidas re-built with a 8.3" BA Hanson barrel, Mid West 15" suppressed Mlok Handguard, and Ti Suppressor and LOVE it.

I saw this gun in MW and had no idea that it was the MCX. After that I started seeing youtube videos about the MCX, and it seemed like the real deal. 300 BLK to 556 easy conversion and a better AR-15 alternative. Then I realized it was the M13 from cod lol. Top of my wishlist for sure

@@Michael-lv8gt I bought the Rattler Canebrake. Here in the video with that barrel length it’s gotta be the virtus. The difference between the two are barrel length but more importantly the virtus can swap barrels and become whatever. The rattler has to swap uppers.

DSI consists out of specially trained police officers, and SOF members combined. They're trained as well as our Marine Corps' SOF unit, NLMARSOF (Compare them with SEALs, or the British SBS).

That is a badass gun, looks way better than in Modern Warfare 2019.
At 100 yards 300 blackout still carries 2x the amount of energy than a 115gr 9mm. 220gr 300 is roughly ~ 500 lb ft vs. 115gr 9mm @ ~ 250 lb ft. It really is a sweet round still.

Finally got my first suppressor this past fall. Daniel Defense 7.62 QD suppressor. Put it on my bergara hmr 6.5 creedmoor and tried it out. Only shot 10 shots cause of ammo prices and what not. Loved it. Thought it wouldnt be too hot as it was a cool morning and I didnt fire it too fast. Boy was I wrong lol.

What gets me is I was an E5 and I did that.
