I'm a short arse. Bought one a few months ago. Absolutely love it. Nippy as feck and happy to do illegal speeds with no fuss and plenty left in the tank.
@@TinsonTour Excellent. I've moved from a 650 Bandit. After covid, it was getting too much to push it in and out of the garage and paddling was impossible. The Rebel 500 has been just awesome. I can feel my confidence coming back after a few months.
Just got my Rebel SE on Saturday past. Service package, Datatool stealth. Heated grips, rear rack of Amazon, instead of seat pad, givi crash bars, tan leather tool roll behind seat, and bottle holder on crash bar. Am a short arse too. Lol Did you fit handle bar risers?
And I can’t recommend the thunderbox healtec boxes enough for any powered accessories you want to fit. Acts like a switched live but without cutting into any wires. Connects to the battery then it knows when the bike is running and only provides power once it is. £65 !
@@TinsonTour plenty of videos on here about them. Just connects to the battery and job done! Great bits of kit and you can take it with you if you change bikes !
Love the bike really looks good in that black colour like them but i'm a short arse as well 29" leg haha. Was it Ac/Dc or a norther like band did sound like him at one point of the concert. Anyway take care guys and ride safe..
I’ve thought about doing the ABR, as a weekend camping with beer and bikes is not to be sniffed at. But I reckon it all sounds a little bit too niche. Lots of Ewan and Charlie’s talking through their adenoids about sat navs, cruise control, TFT screens, 500 quid boots, and how their geraniums are coming along nicely this year. Besides, I don’t actually own a proper adventure bike, so I guess I’m not really invited. 😂 Hope you have a great time though. Will be interesting to see if there is more to it than that. 👍
Back home mate, hope you had a good time in Germany. How's the back Shaun, Fay's Honda looks tidy ride mate. Look's the perfect sled , I bet your glad to be on the proper side of the road again↙ Look after your selves see you soon take care🏍🏍🏍👍👍👍
My Mrs has a 500 Rebel for all the same reasons as Faye. I almost feel like I robbed Honda by paying so little for such a cracking bike. Which risers did you use? I've just purchased some that were supposed to be plug and play, but I'm gonna need to extend the brake hose and clutch cable to make them work. I'd rather not if I can get away with it. Stay safe guts.
Mate if I’d of known you was coming through Portsmouth I’d of got you a coffee I’m a stevedore at Portsmouth continental ferry port ,if ever you come through Portsmouth let me know if I’m on shift I’ll look after you, brilliant video again take care mate 👍

You don't get that ordering off t'internet.
Great chatting to you at your tent @ the ABR 😊
Absolute pleasure ... back to the grind now
Looking forward to seeing and meeting you at the ABR take care 😉
Can't wait 👍

My backs terrible at the moment but pain killers do the trick it's more off the bike than on it ..... yeah back on the left 👍🏍
@@TinsonTour Take it easy mate
Everyone does the Honda beep hahaha.. the indicator and horn are the other way round to most bikes
Haha should know better after having the ATAS for 3 years but nope it caught me out 🤣

You will love the ABR 😎🤘 il be there with buddy and the wife , we are on the helite air vest stand sat if we don’t bump into you come say hi 👋
Can't wait ... Will defo drop by for a chat 👍🏍
Im surprised it took you this long to have a go of the rebel.
I know ... truth be told Faye didn't want me breaking it 🤣🤣
Hope to meet you both at ABR
Absolutely would be a pleasure
I'm guessing you must have had a pay rise if you are taking the Santander ferry🤣 ?
Defo not going on santander ferry as even if i wanted to it doesn't sail on the rite day for me this year .
You've got to try one of the MUTT 250 range.
Could be an ideal 2nd bike 👍🏍
