This is excellent , I just bought one of these yesterday and the salesman didn't even demo the vehicle. They just handed the keys to me and said to take it for a test drive, and when I returned we discussed the price and that was it. lol . Oh, and I did buy it used at a Toyota dealership

Brock, you are the STUD! I have this exact RAV4 and now I can really enjoy all it has to offer. The Owner's maunal (which looks like an encyclopedia) is marginal, at best. I'm in 2021 January and finding this is great for the new Rav4 is a little more than I want to invest,As a senior I don't drive enough to justify buying a new auto,At 69 I don't think I can drive 300,000 miles so I don't need new.

this is the best car review ever. so many little things in my car that I didn't know about, now I do. thanks to you. I have one problem with my radio in my rav4, my touch screen calibration is not correct. I want to recalibrate it, can you guide me how can I do that.

Very nice video. My only complaints with the vehicle is it not having power seats, hood struts, and no automatic starter

Great video, we just got a RAV4 XLE here in the UK, this has helped me so much. We have a few differences but mostly they're the same. Ours is a Hybrid.

Really nice video. Just purchased a 2017 Rav4 XLE. very nice car. At 22:15 you referred to the "oil" gauge. It's actually the temperature gauge. I guess most visors are the same now but the sun visors also have lighted mirrors on the backside and that little extender built it. I also think that there is a storage hold in the cargo area that was not mentioned.

I selected 2017 LE over the XLE, mainly because of no moonroof and less features. I like my cars basic with only a few features. The LE was $1K less, both were AWD.

I was surprised to see it has a sunroof but not blind-spot detectors or cross traffic warnings.

I thought ever since the 2015 model, the RAV4 was keyless entry/push start engine.
do you know if the 2018 model will have other engine options? also I have the 2015 XLE and we plan to get another car and we like the Rav4 but I think they do need to put vents like in the back of the center console for rear seat riders so they get air conditioning.

Brock - I bought a 2017 RAV4 XLE and after a few days noticed it does not have power seat for the driver. I thought that was standard on an XLE package. My drive out price was $29,842. Did I pay too much? It has the Toyota Safety Sense package, cross bars on the rack, power rear door, door moldings, 17 inch alloy wheels and floor mats, Tonneau cover, net in the back.
This is my next SUV.

Im have 2016 rav xle and have litle noise like kriket in the notor or transmisión.. after the 4 min. The noise gone.. the car dealer say its normal but im thing not.. please help

Excellent helpful video, thanks. The only error I noticed is whar you refer to as the oil gauge is actuall the coolant temperature gauge.
I just bought a 2018 rav 4 xle. But mine does not come with a button on my tailgate to close? Nor does it have one on my key fob.

I have a 2016 Rav4 XLE and absolutely love it! Was the 4wd lock removed for the 2017s? Overall awesome video and appreciate the time spent providing so much information! If I had just gotten the Rav4 this would have explained so much to me!
That 69 dollar package for a car charger and USB cables is such a ripoff. You can buy a car charger way cheaper. I guess these dealers will always gouge with the add-ons!

wow awesome video, i just got my Rav 4 and this really helped me a lot.
The little gauge in the bottom of the tach is NOT an oil gauge, but a the coolant temperature....otherwise, the video seems quite accurate.
is it normal for the xle to not have button for the power rear door in the key? just bought one and mine doesnt have it

My key fob doesn't have the button for the trunk. Was told a new one would cost $200
I was shopping for cars. I'm getting a quote of 28500 for the XLE model but looking at this, it makes me second guess that option since I can get a CR-V EX-L for 29K out the door but apr at 1.99% on 60mo for the cr-v as opposed to 0% on 72mos for the RAV-4.
