I used what I have on hand! This was Zinsser's BIN 123 (a primer I picked up at Home Depot) and leftover wall paint from when we built our house 4 years ago! Nothing special or fancy.
I've done this a few times now and what I've noticed is of I use the compound on it's own it didn't crack. But when I mix it with (wall) paint to get some colour, it does tend to crack.
Where did you get your wood
Just at Home Depot.
Is it sparkling you use?
No, I used joint compound because it's thinner and easier to manipulate than spackle.
The big tub was drywall mud/compound. It's a bit more wet than spackling.
You look so much like this actress. I can never Remember her name but she'sabsolutely gorgeous. You could be her twin. Love your work!
Oh my goodness - thank you!!! What a beautiful compliment!! You are so kind! I appreciate the kind words and comments so much!
What type of primer did you use? Regular wall paint primer or just a normal paint?
