- I show how I create textured organic modern art with inexpensive products and then I show you how to photograph and sell them!
I made this video for anyone who is wanting beautiful art in their homes or to sell it for side hustle income!
***I really do share every little detail bc I know how It feels to know what you want but not know where to start❤️ I know how It feels to need Income but being a creative makes It ten times harder to figure out! I’ve learned all this through trial and error and I wish there would have been a video like this for me 5 years ago!! 🤩🤩🤩 I have found that a variety of painting canvas and furniture as well as selling dry flower arrangements Is the Ideal variety for my ADD and doesnt put all my eggs In one basket. I sell It all on Facebook marketplace and word of mouth

I tried this and I love it! It is hanging in my dining room! I look forward to more like this.
I see you just had the 2 oz bottles of each kind but that was really enough? Just wondering if you have an 8 oz bottle off-camera :)
Your honesty about everything makes your painting even more inspiring and amazing. A true artist is never afraid to be judged because it is their passion that matters. I feel so encouraged to try this style for my very first work. God bless you with more sales on your beautiful work.
Well I am grateful for the fact that RUclips makes suggestions based on your viewing history because this is the first time I’ve run across your videos and this is what I’ve been looking for due to what I personally want to learn to paint. I love the texture and how you just did this. This is the kind of stuff you pay for a print of in a furniture store for $500 lol. I’m going to do my own for my own house in my own colors, thank you!🎉
Exactly what I wanted to say!!!!!! We just retired to Florida. I’m so interested now in creating my own abstract paintings with texture and wanted to use some sand and ocean colors to make some pieces for my new beach home. I just didn’t know how. Haha
I am enthralled with your process. If you get one of the large silicone pet pads, and put it at the edge of your canvas, you could scrape up nearly all the paint that you pull off the canvas. I use them to cover my work surface when I'm working with epoxy and molds. Bless you sweet lady for sharing your process with us!
Good idea! I will try that for sure
Great idea!
You can get extra large silicone mats for surface coverage where, as another viewer mentioned, when you scrape across canvas the extra paint can then be used for another project. I’m a mess when I paint/resin 😂 Several shopping platforms sell them.
First time this technique was explained so well. Thank you! 💕
You are killing it girl! I love this tutorial! Thanks for keeping it real and simple!
Wow, fun! Looking forward to the floating frame tutorial!
I have learned so much by watching your furniture videos!!!! This is a bonus to learn about this style of painting!
Thank you for being so Transparent and sharing your techniques and ideas with others. I greatly appreciate it. I can't wait to try this form of Art....super excited, again thanks so much!!
I tried this technique! Do not use old tile adhesive! It doesn’t fully dry and remains very, very tacky! 😂 The only way I could save the expensive canvas was to attach gift bag tissue. After that, I used Gesso and after drying, I am ready to paint. Whew! 😂
Adding the bronze brought out the blue of the black and makes the contrast even more exciting. I love it!
I get inspired & enthusiastic when watching your furniture videos and appreciate your genuine honesty! Love this one and your willingness to share all that you do.
Big chunky combs are good tools too!
You are so generous with your knowledge . Your channel is very watchable and has inspired me to retake up both my furniture and art painting. 💕
I love this comment!!!! Made my day ❤️
I finally got up the courage to try painting a canvas, because of this video. It was exhilarating! I'm so grateful you shared this. Thank you so much!
❤️ love to hear that!

Yes!

Love to watch your videos
Thank you so much for sharing your process. I found the tips on photographing and listing your art so valuable. I don’t know of anyone else who has shared such practical knowledge. You really make us realize that we CAN sell our art.

Thank you so much for your inspiring video and information. Cannot wait to get started. Looking forward to learning more! Thanks again. 😊
Such a great tutorial. You are so generous. I’m inspired to pick up a brush.
another texture is a sponge dabbed. It can create peaks and pocks that can be knocked down or left spiked. The same technique is used on ceilings.
Wow! Thanks. I tried to get this look with gesso however this video totally took care of my “need” for extra texture ❤️ so much appreciate you!!
I’m going to try one! With paint and house paint I already have.
What an interesting video!! Thank you for sharing this valuable information! Looking forward to more like this🤗 please!
I’ve watched many of these and yours is by far the best. Ty

I have joint compound (all I had on hand) smeared all over three canvases. Hope they will look half as nice as this when I am done! Beautiful. I watched this a year ago when you posted it and keep going back.
I love this so much! Can we see moore of this kind of art? Thank you!

I just tried this over the course of two days, and mine looks similar but my own style and who knew I had one! Wow you've got to be kidding! People buy this canvas with paint on it? Thank you for the idea. I'll let my 6-year-old great-grandchild create one. Looks like fun for her.

Thanks so much for showing this entire process. Incredibly useful info, especially how you photograph your art piece. So clever, and I wouldn't have thought about doing that. I too am a renter and don't have a cool wall to photograph against, so very very helpful.
Also, I absolutely love your artwork!
So glad it helped!!

Awesome info. Thank you. So fun.
I’m anxious to see your video on framing! Love your channel!
Thanks so much for this! My first truly textured abstract painting is on my wall. Cost no more than $35 for a 36 x 36 inch beauty on my bedroom wall. Needed a large light colored something to brighten one corner of my freshly dark walls. Just lovely!
Thank you for sharing
Amazing tutorial! Thank you!!!❤
This was a great tutorial! I am impressed, thank you for sharing!

Yay ❤️
Love it! Looks terrific. Thanks for sharing your process with us! 😃

If you use a plastic drop cloth underneath you may be able to salvage more of the paint
Beautiful 👍
This is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for and trying to do. Thank you!!!
Thank you! For sharing everything ♥️ for that your work will be blessed in ways you never expected 😉
Great video, love your techniques & inventiveness. This really does come out beautifully!
Nice! I am going to try this
Amazing 🌿 so much talent!!
Thank you!! Hope it inspires!!
Awesome !!
I'm an artist and I gotta tell ya, that is pretty good. Being random isn't easy, even tho it looks easy. The mind wants to be neat or systematic so kudos gurl. You can use a nail or a sharp needle like clay tool to scratch into the painting too.
Amazing 🤩
Wonderful! Thank you for all your information so helpful. Beautiful 🥰
Love this. Thank you 😊 Could you do one using a little blue's in it?
Brilliant Shannon! G Ire
Love this style!…do you have any examples of beach/ocean/coastal themes?..look fwd to further videos!
Thank you for this! Subscribing right now.
How come you only did one picture on RUclips? You're such a fantastic painter. I keep looking for more of your painting. Thanks!

Thank you for doing this art piece. I’ve always wanted to do art and try and sell it. I painted when I was young and got away from it. Thanks for the tips on how to sell on Facebook marketplace and how to stage them.
Using the aqua pro will not crack over time?

You are really amazing and really, really creative! I did not think of myself as an artistic person, but by gosh, I will be trying this method as I love original art and need specific colors to decorate my bedroom. Thank you so much for sharing, I have subscribed and looks like I will be binge watching all your videos now :-)
