what piston to wall clearance did you use?
The one recommended by Supertech for street use.
@@IGDesigns the minimum they reccomend is 0.00275" if your planning to do a break in of the motor. i just got mine back from the machine shop and measured my p2w clearance around 0.0025" so im not sure if its worth reboring the block again just for .2 thou.
@@domokun900 I would run it to be honest. I didn't even double check mine from the machine shop :/
@@IGDesigns yer im sure it'll be fine as its only a street car, thanks for the reassurance. Do you have any piston slap on cold starts?
@@domokun900 It's definitely louder when cold but not too bad. I remember reading about people running a tighter clearance to get rid of it so you might notice it less.
Stock sleeves?
Correct. This bore is the largest people recommend on a stock block.
