  • What up homigos, Its that time again. Kicking off the 2024 season with you guys as we tackle the 🍄 of 24.1 for our 10th CrossFit Open.     Your burpee video from a few days ago definitely helped my time! But bilateral elbow pain from carrying my toddler meant I had to scale. Nice work.

    Awesome job 🎉 I did Friday morning completed all 21 set and first set of 15 snatch n 1 burpee. I struggle with burpees

    I thought the same thing. It feels great then you get to the set of 15 burpees. You need to be sure you have plenty left to be able to not slow down. You need to have a good sustainable pace from the start or be able and willing to do the last half at max HR. I'm excited to see how you place in the open workouts!

    hi becca, just curious, i dont know if you already said that but, why do you use a knee sleeve on one arm? Love seeing you smash every workout.

    I really didn't think I was going to finish this workout under the cap. Burpees have never been my friend. I surprised myself with a 13:45 finish. Can't be upset with that!

    This is my first Open. I Rx'd, but didn't make it through the second round of snatches. 127/180 reps
